The property was walking distance to where we were visiting.

I am usually a positive person. I tend to leave any place I stay in tidy when I leave. However, I had to stay here for a night due to an urgent situation, and I never want to stay here again. Pros: - The air conditioning worked really well on a hot night, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. It was conveniently close to the beach and downtown, which made getting around easy. Cons: 1. They didn't change the bed sheets, so there was hairs under the pillow and visible wrinkles and signs of use on the sheets. Fortunately, I had my own sheets, so I managed to get through the night. 2. The bathroom was just ridiculous. I could understand the old bathtub, but there were traces of dirty water and hair everywhere, with dead flies scattered around. The toilet seat had urine stains as if it hadn't been cleaned for a month. Also, the toilet seat was loose, and I nearly fell. The towels should be replaced; they seemed washed but were too old and had a couple of stains, which made me hesitant to use them. 3. The room was so dusty that I could write "please clean the dust" on the surfaces. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Although I urgently needed a place to stay for one night, it wasn't worth $150. I would pay around $50 at most. If you're going to rent it out for money, please at least pay some attention to cleaning.

Nice to park outside our motel door. Check in was simple. Room was sufficient for our needs. No complaints.

Our stay was very cozy. Everything was working well. It’s a great place for the price, and allows pets too. We would definitely come back next time in Kincardine.

Filthy dirty, smelly, didn’t even put my foot in the door of the room Was not what I booked, 2 queen beds with bar fridge as shown in pictures! The picture must have been from 20 years ago! Absolutely false advertising, and should be taking off the website! Took one look and left Should be reported to the health board in Kincardine Making money for no refundable!

Stayed for a week while working. Not very clean. Room service did not tend to my room at any point during my stay. Have to remove garbage from bin and throw out yourself.

Toilet rolls were out, lacking cleaning major areas. The beds and linens were okay.
