The room is OK, and it is convenient for shopping and eating nearby!
We booked a twin room, which was OK.
The room has cooking equipment, but unfortunately we didn't use it.
The breakfast was average...

It started out as a usual Home 2 visit. There was no warning of what came next. Our room was on the second floor. The room was clean. The AC worked. Getting to the room was a nightmare. There is an air freshener or something working on the floors and they are set to high. The second floor is set to max. It set off my breathing issues the moment the elevator door opened. I rushed to get into the room but every time the door was opened another wave came it. My spouse who doesn’t have breathing issues was coughing. We spoke to staff, had our room moved to the 5th floor, same thing just not as strong but still harsh. We cranked the AC and put towels at the door to try and get through the rest of the weekend. We were there for the Navy Birthday. As we checked out, we were told that all Home 2 have this fragrance going. It’s part of their brand. That was a lie because we have stayed in other Home 2 units and they are nothing like this, if they have the scent going it’s subtle. I sent an email regarding this issue and they said it is just fine, I should have contacted the hotel about my health concern. We spent the next stay a couple of weekends later in another state and that hotel did not set off my breathing issues. We’ve never had this issue at any of their sites but this one. With any other brand either. I got the perception that they do not care. They need to send a secret stay member. This amount is too much and unhealthy to many. If you have issues with perfumes, air freshener chemicals, etc., we recommend you do not stay here.

This hotel was in a great spot, close to all the major highways and the mall. Lots of places to eat in the area. Hotel and room were clean, we weren't able to stick around for breakfast so I can't comment on that. We didn't call ahead to request only foam bedding, so again I can't comment on whether that worked or not either. There were feather pillows in the room, and the only front desk person there when we arrived (Michael) did a tremendous job of finding us a few foam pillows and some bedding for the sofa bed.

Check in was easy. Staff was polite amd fast. Love the room with kitchen.
My only complaint would be.I think it's the carpet.They put perfume in it or some sentence stuff.It's very overpowering, and I heard somebody else complain about it

Excellent entire staff , clean hallways , rooms , food area . A lot of variety for breakfast and coffee. Definitely recommend this facility.
