Good location nearby the mall. Facilities are old and air contion is very noisy. Breakfast is the same everyday for my 3 days stays.

The hotel was horrible
Noise on floor
Asian groups was in and make noise until 2 AM !!!
Call front desk and do nothing!!!!
Never ever stay again !!!
Also on checkout the staff was angry!!

Everything was great and the whole staff was wonderful. We especially want to give recognition to Hakeem, the front desk supervisor. He was amazing and wonderful. You are lucky to have him. He always had a smile on his face and was very professional and kind. From Mike and Claudia Geglia.

The building is old, broken floor tiles, worn out elevator and carpets. It needs renovations. The shower drain was partially clogged, they didn’t come to fix it even though we asked. The check in staff was very cordial. Check out was seamless.

The staff was great and professional, and the bed was comfortable. However, I had very poor sleep due to the a/c going on and off all night, and there was no option to keep the fan on, which can mask the on & off cycles. I talked to someone in the maintenance staff, who confirmed that the customer can't control the fan. I was also disappointed that the location was not pedestrian-friendly, even though it looked close to the mall on the map.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very kind and informative. I had ended up ordering food from the restaurant within the hotel and it was delicious!! Also the man at the bar(sorry can’t remember his name) was very attentive and welcoming.
