Kingman Koa

On a recent trip, we stayed at the KOA in Kingman, we found all the staff very friendly and helpful and the site we had was level, although not that wide, but overall it served our purpose. This is your typical, generic KOA campground, thus, the average rating. NO "WOW" factor at this location but OK for a one or two nite stay. The Dog park needs a little updating as well as the mini golf. Overall Rating ~ Average

Lovely place to stay with an excellent pool. However, we booked a two-bedroom cabin and were given a one-bedroom apartment, which was very disappointing. We paid for (and were hoping to stay in) a cute 2-bed detached cabin, but unfortunately ended up in a flat above the pool, which only had one bedroom and one bed. At any rate, the stay was pleasant, we had a kitchen and pool views, and it was only for one night.

Stayed coming and going to California. Very accommodating park with clean bathrooms and showers. Park has propane and pool. It was over 100 in July so we just st stayed and rested in RV. Two people were raking gravel when we arrived and trees and bench/tables were everywhere. Got propane (loved the name of gas company) and bought things at store. Down the street is Walmart, gas stations and a Cracker Barrel

If we were in Kingman again, we would definitely stay here again. It is a great alternative to a hotel. We stayed in a one of the lodges. Pulling in was a little off-putting as it is in the middle of a kind of barren neighborhood. Also it is a mobile home park in addition to a campground - but those are all very well maintained. But once we got past that, we noticed that it is one of the best maintained KOAs that we have stayed at. The staff is super helpful and works to resolve any issue. The lodge was spotless as were the grounds and laundry room. Walking around we saw that the RV sites are very deluxe - many with a concrete pad with patio furniture, a fire pit and gas bbq. Some also had "paw pens" for pets. We would absolutely recommend!

I had a magical stay here. My husband isn’t a camper but since it was my birthday he agreed to stay in a KOA campground. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins with full size kitchen. It looked brand new inside and was extremely clean. I felt so comfortable during my stay and hope to return one day.

We arrived in the dark and it was pitch dark in the neighbourhood. The office had a welcoming envelope ready outside for us with the routing to our chalet. They had light the lights, so when we drove up it felt very welcoming. The chalet itself had a queen bed in a seperate bedroom with AC. In de corridor was a bunkbed and opposite was the bathroom with tub, shower, vanity and toilet. All had sliding doors. The kitchens was stocked with nice colourfull kitchenware. Big fridge, even had a air filter system, AC, couch, table with 4 chairs, TV with netflix, HBO, cable etc etc. Outside was a table with dining chairs on the porch. Next to the chalet was a set airondeck chairs, BBQ and firepit. All was clean, fresh, cosi, welcoming.. We could have stayed for many more nights than the reserved 2. It is an awesome, quiet place. Swimmingpool is accross the path, little shop on site.
