This was my first time staying at this hotel. I stayed for one night in a queen room on the second floor of the main building. The place is obviously old, but my room was decorated in a cozy way, and even with the loveseat, it didn’t feel cramped at all. There was a mini-fridge, which is always a bonus that I appreciate. The bed was very comfortable. There was a good size bathroom with ample countertop space. The shower had good water pressure, and herbal shampoo and conditioner is provided via on-the-wall dispensers. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the valley, and the staff in the restaurant were also very friendly. The two downfalls I noticed during my stay is that there is no elevator (very strange for a hotel of this size), and the bath towels in my room were small, rough and thin (also very strange, considering a SPA is part of the inn).
