Peppers Salt Resort & Spa

This resort is in a beautiful location being next to the beach the facilities were wonderful with the added bonus of having restaurants and coffee shops on site.There is a mini supermarket and some fashion shops as well . The staff were very welcoming and helpful I really couldn’t fault anything.

So surprised with this place! I’m a Gold Coast local and this was the best escape for the weekend. Food and location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable

Kingscliff is a great spot in Northern NSW. Peppers is in south Kingscliff- limited restaurants and bars but great places. Lovely beach close to the hotel. Staff are very good. Pool is great for families. Hotel is getting a tad tired - but still a pleasant stay.

Fantastic holiday with a group of girlfriends. At front desk Nishant was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Everything went well, we were all happy, loved our rooms and our time here.

Seriously this may sound really petty but the title says it all. Went to main reception desk and told staff, they did not seem perturbed. There was no manager about to speak to,apparently the Food and Beverage manager was not on shift or available, but then again staff offered no other manager to assist in trying to resolve. I did say to front desk staff I will write this review on TripAdvisor and that I have a high rating of reviews. I was more or less encouraged to do so by staff. That would suggest to me that the staff are not very happy. It could have been so easily resolved instead of writing this review. Also tv in room was useless not foxtel etc and in fact not even able to show terrestrial channels. I am sure the General Manager Paul Morton may try to smoke screen these issues like other reviews here by saying thanks for feedback we will work at this in the future. You are the General manager you should not be allowing this to get to this stage of constructive criticism on line.

Wished I had read the reviews before I stayed! We are on a road trip from Central Coast NSW, thought we would stay in two middle of the range motels and have a swank night at Peppers Salt Resort before our destination. The way it worked we had two nights in pretty good accommodation and one night in a not very good one. The room was mediocre, not enough power points, TV was useless for all its swank Foxtel link up and the WiFi terrible. Won’t be staying here again, the whole place was very poor.
