The location is great, easy access to restaurants and everywhere I needed to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

breakfast bar a little slow ..15 mins to get tge breakfast wrap.. but it was quite good as was tge coffee and staff was very pleasant but it was a bit slower than expected to get an over the counter egg based wrap Beautifully designed lobby… allowed for private conversations but felt friendly and welcoming with quite a few guests in the lobby

Should have been informed of group bookings. The noise level was unacceptable, with little done by management.

Very nice facility modern and well kept. Only problem was noise in the hall and adjoining room.

Very clean room. Newly renovated hotel. Laminate floors-no carpet in room. Very comfy and clean beds. Nespresso in room, fridge, microwave.

Everything was great. I didn't take advantage of all the amenities so I'll have to come back. Affordable accommodations with an upscale feel.

Hotel from outside seems unorthodox as it is on the 2nd floor of a retail ***** plaza, but the rooms are well appointed.

This was a nice hidden gem. Very nice and very clean. Actually, it was the nicest bathroom I have seen in a long time

This is a very nice hotel that is a short drive to Queens Campus and about ten minutes from the downtown. The property was complete refurbished inside and out about a year ago. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable.

All was great except for the shower. Water pressure for the shower was satisfactory.

I loved the stay! It was clean the staff answered everyone of my questions. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard the breakfast burrito is good. I’d definitely stay there the next time I am in Kingston

Overall, this hotel offered good value for the price. But there was an overwhelming scent (particularly in the hallways and elevators), which I imagine would be very problematic for people with scent allergies. And while the TVs were big-screen, the resolution/definition was so poor that it was like watching television in the’70s. Both of these things could be changed pretty easily for improvement.
