Great central location, appreciate the wonderful complimentary breakfasts. Hotel services and room amenities were good. Will like to stay again when I'm in the area in the future.

The hotel location was good and near the dock for the 1000 island cruise, and depending on the rooms you either face the lake or the downtown. Stayed facing the downtown, not much noise was noted from the streets at night. Many eateries located near the hotel, opposite the hotel was the tourist center which you can book the trolley tours, 1000 island cruise, etc. Breakfast can be collected close to the hotel lobby. It is a bento style box and taste is decent even though the options do not change except for the flavour of the muffin.

The location is the perfect. But, the hotel looks aged and renovation is needed including Carpark. Also, the breakfast is too simple.

The room was so cozy and nice. It was nice and the staff were friendly. There was a city hall nearby and a variety of nice buildings.

well The location of the hotel is very good. It is just a minute's walk from the lake in the city center. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is quite troublesome. Every time you park, you need to call the intercom and communicate with the front desk. The hotel's breakfast is very funny like the in-flight meal box on the plane. The facilities are relatively old but the heating is sufficient. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic. They like the location but don't care about comfort. If you are in Chengdu, you can choose this hotel. Thats it.

The location of the hotel is very good. This is a lake view room located on the side, with windows, you can see the scenery outside the window, it is very beautiful. The room is small but clean, there is a small refrigerator, and the bathroom has a bathtub, so you can relax comfortably

The rooms are average and the service is okay. The hotel is just beside the Qiandao Lake cruise ship pier. Parking is 20 Canadian dollars plus tax per night. After discussing with them, I will take a cruise ship on Qiandao Lake to pick up the car at 4 o'clock in the afternoon after checking out. Their manager agreed. The garage is very low. I feel that I have to touch the roof of the car. Don't drive a car with a height of 1.9m. For breakfast, a waiter will give everyone a copy.

The room is clean and hygienic, the location is convenient, the price is reasonable, definitely recommended! Personally, I think the only downside is that there is no light on the roof, so it is dark at night. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Our bathtub had human excrement coming up through the drain and then 1-2 inches of water came up through the drain. We couldn't use the shower or the tub because of this. All the hotel did was remove the $20 parking fee off of my bill. HAving human excrement come up through the bathtub drain is unacceptable.

Its location is so good beside lake, it is very convenient either go around downtown or lake side park and trail. Amazing hotel.
