Checked-in at 3am on our way back from TO. No one was at the lobby so you have to call the attendant from a phone outside the building. The room had a cigarette smell, there were stains on the bedsheets. Floor was dirty. My friend found an empty plastic bag near our bed. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, with a used piece of soap tucked into the corner of the bathtub. The bathroom door could barely close. The hot/cold water handles were reversed. The fridge looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There were spider webs in the wardrobe.

It's very convenient. The location is very good. It's less than ten minutes away from the university. There's a big supermarket nearby and the service is good.

Room smelled so smokey, we couldn't stay - the driveway was a mess, it was a motel not a hotel......I'd say it was a huge let down for us as we had paid for 2 rooms in advance. But we didn't feel safe and hated the run down look of the place and booked again at a beautiful hotel not too far away at only a few dollars more. Stay away - my thoughts on a wasted $330.
