A nice hotel in Kingston at reasonable price. We enjoyed the stay, it’s very convenient but will need a car to move around even to get to Kingston downtown.

We were in town for funeral. The female hotel desk person was amazing helping out to accomodate us. Unfortunately i found the man was just ok. They hotel were taking precautions possible really, there was constant cleaning going on and only allowing one family in the pool at time for 30 mins and having a take out breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the highway and has many restaurants. Plenty of breakfast options, spacious space, paid parking, but a fly in the ointment.

We planned a weekend getaway in Kingston for a day of shopping, dining and a lovely evening at our hotel followed by a slow, pleasurable drive home the next day. Kingston did not disappoint on the shopping and dining; however, our hotel stay was horrible. In addition to the other guests, there was a young sports team staying at the hotel. While the parents of the players were having a party in the hotel lobby, the children were left unsupervised upstairs running the halls screaming and ringing room doorbells. I contacted the front desk about stopping this behaviour so we could all get a good night’s sleep. They promised it would be rectified but failed to control the kids and the parents. Subsequent calls to the front desk did nothing to solve the issue. By now, we were wide awake and quite upset so we decided to leave and make the 2.5 hours drive home. The hotel staff did a terrible job of providing us with a quiet place to get a good night’s sleep which we feel is a reasonable expectation of a hotel.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Very clean, breakfast was great, rooms were spacious.No complaints at all.

I love how the rooms are clean & spacious.Close to shopping , restaurants and a short drive to the Vista Arena where we are coming and going.Go Quinte U11 AAA Hockey Team.

One of the nicest and cleanest Holiday Inns I've ever stayed in. Well done to the Kingston crew.

Too many things went wrong. The halls were full of kids and adults til 11:30. I had to call twice to the front desk to get it to stop. The room wasn’t really clean. Even the garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous people. The toilet barely flushed. I’m pretty disappointed for spending over $300 on this room.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. Very convenient to shopping and dining options as well. However walls are abit thinner than other hotels as we could hear our next room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Amazing staff with great customer service. We checked in on a day that was sold out and everything went smoothly. The room was a great size for a king bed. Would definitely stay here again.
