Holiday Inn Express Kingston West Reviews

We enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston.

The hotel facilities and services are good, but the air conditioning heating noise is quite loud at night, which affects the sleep a bit.

酒店衞生很好，停車免費；早飯有點單一，沒有蔬菜，但肉蛋奶沒問題；前台服務人員很好；週末有很多小孩過去度假，會有點吵；總體值得推薦

酒店設施很新，位於較偏遠的地方，離高速挺近的停車方便、出去吃飯也只有幾分鐘車程。服務挺好、要個熱水壺燒開水也可以滿足。早餐標準化、但是乾淨衞生。

房間很寬敞，明亮，設施較新。適合家庭親子游住宿，但不巧的是，房間的咖啡機不能用。希望客房服務員在住客入住前能確保房間所有設備處於正常狀態。
