From the moment of making our reservation, this hotel was very accommodative. Provided extra information on the Jamaica Carnival - thank you Farah! Monique was very professional in chec king us in. The ladies in the Housekeeping Department were very great & attentive to our needs. Paulette went above & beyond to ensure we had all we needed for a great trip! Kudos to all! This is a good hotel in a good location. It's bright and clean, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with good bathrooms, good quality carpet and amenities. The dining room is open and bright, clean and spacious. The food was really good for a hotel, at reasonable pricing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful and there is an onsite taxi service. The driver will take you where you want to go and wait for you if you ask. It's very convenient. Close to a grocery and pharmacy and across the street from a great people's park.

Price/performance are consistent. Therefore the very good review. Safe, clean, small accommodation with a little renovation potential. 5 minutes walk from Bob Marley Museum. Free parking on the completed land, a nice reception and pre-coming port. Drink refrigerator is closed at night, not accessible. It makes sense to provide drinks and snacks before check-in. Breakfast was not offered in December 2022 (not yet). A residual from Corona times. Since no supermarket or kiosk is located in the footing environment, only the tank remains for the most necessary in the morning, before the journey. Longer stay I would not recommend, in principle not in Kingston. But for the transit and the small Kingston check, which must be already, if you are on the island, fine.

This is a ”Motel” not a Hotel! Not Recommended!!! This hotel is a like a prison. The rooms are smell like mold and stink! This is not suitable for anyone to stay who are visiting from the US or aboard. Not Recommended.!! This place needs to be investigated. It's build like a cave. Ratchet and ghetto! If you are looking for the perfect ghetto get-a-away, this is the place for you. Nobody is at the front desk to greet you. I stayed there for 5 days and not one time I was able to speak with management. Thank God I use to live on the Island and know my way around. This is the only reason I stay for duration of my stay. Just needed a bed to sleep during the nights. The security guard/grounds keeper handles all transactions. I would have concerns about being attacked or rape if I was a female staying there. There is no welcome package or information provided. The bathroom is horrible. The shower curtains are only 2 clear liners they use for curtains. The front areas are filled with local vendors and you have to fight with them for parking. Seem like they nailed a piece of plank wood on the wall, that that was used for the head bead. No closet and no safe. the hotel is just horrible!! Nothing like the picture they advertised on the internet. Please do not stay here!! This hotel seem more suitable for human trafficking than anything else. This was not a pleasant stay at all.
