Not really sound proof, can hear the tv sound from room next door. Got king bed which is big enough for our family of four and the room size is just nice for us. Convenient parking.
Toilet okay but sometimes got really funny odors like fart coming from the toilet even it is not in use.
Very near to Lost World of Tambun and many other attractions.

Hotel room is spacious with nice mountain views. However the cleanliness can be improved. The floor wasn't vacuum and I could see many strands of hair. Location is not so ideal as there are no nearby coffee shops (only 2 restaurants) but it was easy to get grab and go into the town area for meals. Service is okay.
One positive highlight is the private driver Mr Wasu that the hotel reception recommended us for the day trip to Cameron Highlands. The driver is very reliable and friendly and we enjoyed our tour very much! High recommended to request for his day tour package if you wanna go up to Cameron Highlands!

(CNY stay with my 7mo baby)
I'm sorry, but I originally intended to complain about the long queue for breakfast. However, I changed my mind after observing how friendly the waitresses were, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, one disappointing encounter with the room service staff made me leave a negative review.
When I called the room service and asked for help in freezing my ice pack so that I could store my breastmilk in the car when I travel back home, the staff member told me that there was a chiller in the room. I explained that the chiller couldn't freeze the ice pack, so I needed the hotel's assistance.
To my surprise, the staff member asked me to pack the ice pack nicely and bring it down to reception. It was already 10:30 pm, and I was in my pajamas with my 7-month-old baby. I had to wake her up and carry the ice pack all the way down to reception.
In addition to this negative experience, I also had to queue for breakfast with my baby on both days. I thought that they should open a hall if there weren't enough tables for the guests, but the waitresses were still friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't have a baby chair for the first 10 minutes. Despite this, I never thought of leaving a bad review.
I was disappointed and saddened when I had to walk all the way down to reception at night with a baby, and I don't think that guests should have to do that.

The hotel is quite new. Friendly reception and clean hotel. They do not have in-house restaurant, but they flanked by two nice cafe, a kopitiam style cafe and a fine dining restaurant.
Room were very clean. Love the fact that they provide bath robe. Nice interior design and decoration. An additional point is, they have a boutique located at the entrance. Those cotton clothes range from Japan and aromatherapy candle and essential oil must pay a visit to the boutique

Parking are convenient with just a few step to Hotel main entrance. Great welcoming from front desk. Thanks to Christin Loh for time showing us the wonderful art on the lobby area. Few picture taken by us and family especially at one of the art with Harimau design wall. Enter the room with neat bed made up and clean environment. Warm and cozy design with black wall but brighten by light in the room. Entire one night stay was not enough will definitely came again for the next visit to Ipoh. Thanks Christin and Team.

The hotel is located in a good place, a short drive to Ipoh City. The room given to us is clean and spacious, basic amenities were sufficient. When we checked in, we were also provided with a ticket to redeem tea during 4pm-6pm, the selection was just sandwiches and corn Kueh. The hotel also provided a RM10 discount voucher to use on their in-house cafe. Breakfast boasts a good variety of foods.

AAzlamApartment style resort. Three blocks. Stayed in Block A (Acacia) 2 bedroom horizon suite. All in we had a pleasant stay. Very large clean space with kitchen, dining, hall, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First bedroom had a king size bed with attached bathroom. The second room had a queen size bed. Another bathroom is common type. And kitchen also comes with coway water dispenser, microwave and fridge. Good atmosphere and surrounding. Breakfast spread was simple but delicious. Cakes spready was marvellous and tasted awesome! Other common items like fried noodles, nasi lemak, egg and noodle soup stations, breads/croissont/muffin, wedges/sausages, beef bacon, fruits. Only comment i have is instead of the nescafe machine in the room, would prefer to have the coffee sachets. And the condiments (snacks, nescafe pods) are only free for the first night of stay.

EEdwinBecause of the ”Lost World” so is very convenient, and is better then staying in the Lost World hotel, that have to cross the road to the park even for breakfast. Room clean, but no housekeeping after. Goid for family stay.

立立川愣头青The hotel environment is very pleasant and spacious, offering good views. It's also conveniently located for reaching other places. The availability of amenities like a washing machine and dryer made it easy for us to keep clean during our trip. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent. It would have been even better if there were USB or Type-C chargers available. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Thank you!

GGuest UserThis is my honest review. 1. The room: It is clean and comfortable. Lighting could be better as its limited. Bathroom was very clean. Cons: Dressing mirror was dirty and also had a red 'bindi' that hindu females wear on their forehead. Clearly shows the mirror was not cleaned. 2. Price of the room: For its location, I personally feel that it is expensive. This is because for the same price I could get a better deal at 3 4 more hotels in Ipoh city centre which is closer to night live and entertainment. 3. Breakfast was ala carte not buffet. For the price we paid, i honestly expected buffet as that was what was offered in other premises. 4. Parking is available but keep in mind the hotel is part of a shop lot. So the parking is the normal shop lot parkings. 5. Facilities in the room: They do provide tooth brush, tooth paste, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Cons: There were hangers which im not sure if it belongs to the hotel as they were normal colorful hangers. 6. Customer service: Amazing staff. Very presentable.

Nneohs2005A buffet offers a good variety of food from malay to Western. I believe that everyone loves it. If I fly to ipoh, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is 15 minutes' walk to old town where there are plenty of traditional food and eateries. Can take a bus to go there.
Hotel cleanliness is a plus. EV charging is available at the hotel. There are a lot of car park lots.
WiFi connection is weak.

AAnn TThe standard double room we had was very small with barely enough space on the floor for our bags. No wardrobe, just 3 hangers hanging over a counter. No drawers, just 2 side tables. No fridge but there was a safe. No coffee-making facilities but we were provided with 2 bottles of drinking water every day and there was a water dispenser near the lift for us to refill our bottles which was very appreciated. The room was clean and looked quite new. Comfortable bed. We like it that private parking is always available in the basement with a security guard (though he was absent from his post most of the time!) A lift is available in the basement to access the lobby and higher floors - we could only access our floor using our room access card - good security. A few restaurants and eateries nearby. Good for a short stay.

犬犬神様The hotel only has stair access, a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. The hotel is conveniently located, within a 30 minute drive to various attractions in Ipoh, and close to Chang Jiang White Coffee, ideal for breakfast.
The room was spacious, though cleanliness could be improved as my black backpack got covered in white dust after being placed on the floor. Amenities like towels and shower gel were provided, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, and mini-fridge... A shared iron available outside the room.
I purposely chose a room with a window, expecting a pleasant view for the additional cost. However, all I saw was a construction site, which was quite disappointing and not worth the extra cost.
Additionally, the hotel's water heating system is solar-powered and need some time to adjust, and I thought the hotel didn't have a water heater since the markings for hot and cold water were faded. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to help when I had problems with the water heater.
Overall, considering the price, the stay were comfortable and suited for budget travelers.

GGuest UserWhy glorify these dark alleys which look like the neighborhood where Jack the Ripper lurk for his next victim? The ”hotel” is supposed to be ”designer hotel”. It's a prison. Period. Full of hazardous corners and dangerous pits. Pool was so heavily chlorinated that the water stung. Door handle came off, stupid latch on the outside of the room, multiple key card systems that could potentially kill if a fire breaks. I almost got stuck in the common bathroom because the latch refused to budge when I wanted to get out. Sink at the common area was greasy. The reception was almost impossible to find. Do not take your elderly family members or small children to this hotel. I booked it coz I had no choice at such a short notice. Not worth the money either. Seriously, MPI should re-inspect that place and take back the accommodation license. Look at the ”barrier” from the rooftop pool to the ground below. No banister. It's lower than my knee if I stand next to it. One wrong move, you'd plummet down. Steps made out of metal grating. No safety yellow stickers to differentiate the levels. Totally NOT safe! Never again!
