Great hotel on the upper edge of Kirchberg in Tirol. Room was excellent. Food both at dinner and breakfast excellent choice and quality. Perfect location to visit local towns such as pretty Kitzbühel and both Salzburg and Innsbruck.

Einfaches aber nettes Winterurlaubshotel
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber, dasselbe gilt für Wellness-Bereich mit Saunen, Pool und Ruhebereich.
Wellness-Bereich und Restaurants etwas klein dimensioniert, es kommt zu Gedränge.
Essen in Ordnung, etwas lieblos zubereitet. Service teils mäßig, teils sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel Sonnalp liegt etwas außerhalb von Kirchberg, ruhig mit schönem Garten. Der Pool ist schön groß. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Für 4 Sterne dürfte ein kleiner Kühlschrank, bzw Minibsr vorhanden sein. Das Personal ist freundlich, manchmal zu aufdringlich freundlich. Leider müssen auch wir den vorherigen Bewertungen zustimmen, in Punkto Frühstück und erst recht das Abendessen........waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Von Kulinarik kann man da nicht sprechen. Schon allein das Salat Buffet.....von Auswahl kann man nicht sprechen. Egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch, es war stets trocken, Soßen kamen als Gelee auf den Teller und die Anrichtung äußerst lieblos. Des Weiteren entweder feurig scharf, salzig oder zu lasch. Auch eine Beschwerde hat nichts geholfen. Von Österreich, bzw Tirol sind wir etwas anderes gewöhnt. Erst recht in einem 4 Sterne Haus. Das zieht das Hotel leider sehr runter.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights during a ski trip. We had an amazing stay throughout. The staff were excellent, providing us with whatever we needed and were incredibly helpful. A hotel shuttle bus operated each morning to the closest (Maierlbahn) gondola. The food was fantastic, with a buffet breakfast, followed by a 4 course meal each evening. There were also a mixture of Tyrolean dishes, which were great. The rooms were cleaned everyday, to a very high standard. The spa, sauna, and pool area were clean and well maintained. Overall, a meticulously organised hotel. I would definitely visit again in the future!

Ich war mit meiner Mutter spontan über ein Wochenende im Sonnalp. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, jedoch haben wir noch nie so ein sauberes Hotel gesehen. Alle Angestellten sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sehr große. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Skilift sofort in der Nähe / großer Parkplatz. Ein Stern Abzug- das Abendessen war gut, jedoch keine 5* Wert und es sind viel zu wenig Liegen im Saunabereich. Auch könnte die Sauna bereits um 15 Uhr öffnen. 16 Uhr ist schon sehr spät wenn man um 14 Uhr schon im Hotel ist z.B :) Ansonsten TOP Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Schone kamers, goede bedden, prima ontbijt. Wij verbleven hier maar 1 nacht maar kan me voorstellen dat je er met plezier meerdere naachten verblijft zowel zomers als ‘s winters. Mooie tuin, heeft een zwembad mooie omgeving.

Nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal (von der Rezeption, über den Service bis hin zum Zimmerservice). Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zum Garten, Sehr schön. Saunabereich und Schwimmbad sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten HP. Das Abendessen könnte noch aufgepeppt werden. ;-) kostenloser Skishuttle zur Maierlbahn :-)
