Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit dem Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll teilen, das ich für eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatte. Die Buchung erfolgte über mydays und beinhaltete eine KULINARISCHE REISE inklusive Frühstück für insgesamt 249 Euro. Leider verlief der Aufenthalt nicht wie erwartet und wir waren am Ende enttäuscht über das Angebot und den Service. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir darüber informiert, dass das ursprüngliche Angebot nicht möglich sei, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war. Statt dessen wurde uns das ”Hotel Buffet” als Alternative angeboten, das zusätzlich 29 Euro pro Person kosten sollte. Nach einer sechsstündigen Anreise und hungrigem Magen entschieden wir uns schweren Herzens, das Buffet zu nehmen. Doch die enttäuschende Auswahl und Qualität ließen uns fragen, ob es das wert war. Das Buffet bestand aus Bratenstücken, Backfisch und Käsespätzle. Die Salatbar bot Gemüse von zweifelhafter Qualität, das eher sauer als frisch schmeckte. Als Nachtisch gab es lediglich einfallslosen Milchreis und Kuchen. Für Kinder gab es noch nicht einmal eine abwechslungsreiche Option - nur Ravioli. Der Essensaal, der eher wie eine Kantine wirkte, wurde mit einer anderen Familie geteilt, obwohl uns zuvor gesagt wurde, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Das wirkte auf uns seltsam und wenig professionell. Da wir eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatten, beschwerte ich mich natürlich an der Rezeption. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter versuchte, uns mit Angeboten für das Parkhaus und das kleine Schwimmbecken zu besänftigen. Doch das war nicht das, wonach wir gesucht hatten. Unsere Erwartungen waren nicht mit Parkgebühren oder Freizeiteinrichtungen verknüpft, sondern mit dem kulinarischen Erlebnis, das uns versprochen wurde. Daher bestand ich darauf, das zu bekommen, wofür ich bezahlt hatte. Am nächsten Tag verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit außerhalb des Hotels. Nach den beiden Übernachtungen fragte ich beim Auschecken nach dem Stand meiner Beschwerde. Doch zu meinem Bedauern geriet ich an die Empfangschefin, die gestresst und unprofessionell wirkte. Im Gegensatz zu dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter zuvor zeigte sie keine kundenfreundliche Einstellung und wies uns stattdessen die Schuld zu. Sie behauptete, wir hätten uns erneut an die Rezeption wenden müssen, um das Grillbuffet am Samstag zu erhalten. Doch das war keine Option für uns, da wir den Samstag bereits anderweitig verplant hatten und wir uns bewusst für die kulinarische Reise entschieden hatten. Was mich besonders enttäuschte, war die mangelnde Kommunikation und die fehlende Bereitschaft, das Problem angemessen zu lösen. Es schien, als ob die Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen wurde und uns keine angemessene Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung geboten wurde. Stattdessen wurde uns noch einmal gesagt, dass wir das ”Hotel Buffet” für 29 Euro pro Person hatten, als ob dies eine akzeptable Alternative für das eigentliche Angebot gewesen wäre. We arrived at about 8 o'clock in the evening. There was no one at the front desk. Only a machine at the door could enter the password. We found it at the door for a long time before calling the customer service. After he informed the password, we tried the operation, but the weather may be too cold, only about -4 degrees. I tried it a few times and I couldn't sense it. I can't keep trying. I have to wait for the mechanical idle for about1-2 minutes before I can try again. After trying it many times, I finally succeeded (thank you Lord). This hotel should be family-style management, separated by 2 feet, one door is next to the door, and the other door is after entering the restaurant after a door, a little lost. Appreciation point: The room is clean and larger than other hotels. Although the food is not much for breakfast, there are things to have, and the taste is very good.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!

My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great location.

We were visiting Stuttgart and opted to stay well outside the city in the town of Goppingen - it was wonderful. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and everything (lobby, guest rooms; breakfast area; etc) is sleek and modern. Centrally located in a busy pedestrian area, there are dozens of shops, cafes, and stores to explore just outside the front door. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: the hotel really is located in a pedestrian walkway, so you cannot drive to the front door. If driving a car, park in the garage under the hotel and take the elevator up to register. With a myriad of one way streets and walkways, set your GPS for Geislinger Strasse 21 and save yourself some of the headaches we had. The guest rooms were very reasonably sized and more than adequate for the amount of time we spent in them. Two queen beds, a large flat screen tv, and a small hassock to perch on by a built in desk/countertop was all that we needed. It was clean; it was very comfortable; it was perfect. The bathroom was also nicely appointed with hair dryer, great lighting, and a wonderful shower. The included breakfast was excellent. Fresh meats and cheeses. Wonderfully fresh and tasty breads, roll, and pastries. Musli, cereal, fruit, pancakes, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Everything was served fresh and the staff excellent at keeping everything full well past the advertised time for breakfast. The dining area, itself, is large, bright, and airy; and, we thoroughly enjoyed every morning here planning our day of sightseeing. The staff (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping) were all cordial and efficient in all our interactions and we thank them all for a wonderful stay. You simply cannot go wrong staying in this gem of a hotel.

Super Hotel, the service at the reception is great. Cleanliness very good. The only thing I miss is the ToGo coffee cups that have been removed. Find this should be re-introduced.

We were around satisfied with the hotel. The room (double room with balcony) had a good size, comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom and a proper balcony. The service was very nice. The location was excellent for our purposes. The S-Bahn line with line to the airport and main station is walking two minutes. The car takes 10 minutes to the SI center and you are also close to the motorway. Breakfast was also absolutely appropriate to the three stars. Parking was available, both in the hotel's garage and on the nearby railway road. Stuttgart is generally very expensive, for this the price was relatively well as absolutely well. The free parking in the garage/gate is of course additional to that.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located inside the outlet. The location is exceptional and wonderful, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel is stylish and trendy, with cool and friendly staff. Our room was also stylish, though the bathroom was a bit too small. Some might find the room a bit ”unfinished” due to the lack of paint or wallpaper on the ceiling, but I was okay with that as it adds to the industrialized style. The hotel is quite large, but both lifts are located together, so you might have to walk a bit to reach them. For breakfast, they have an exciting automatic pancake machine! However, there were many people at breakfast, and the food was not always enough, so the staff were really busy refilling it. Despite this, the staff remained helpful and nice. If you drive to the hotel, be aware that you might not be able to park in the nearest car park. There is a car park underneath the hotel marked ”Moxy Hotel,” but since you cannot reserve parking, it's not guaranteed that you can park there. However, the rates are the same if you park in other nearby car parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
