A bit far from the city center and the hotel address in google map is not correct. The room is very small and looks old. But for a night's sleep, we found it's ok. Hotel provides electrical kettles, coffee/tea bags and water for free.

Gemütliche Cottages, freundlicher, flexibler Service, tolle Lage an der Ringroad 1. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Wasserfall. Absolut leckere Küche und tolle Getränke an der Bar. Geniale Unterkunft. Jederzeit kommen wir hier wieder her.

This was our third trip in Iceland and after many accomodations at different leveys this hotel is our worst experience so far. So over-priced with no vslue fir the money at all. We stayed in one 4-cabin dated hut and it was terrible. No noise insulation, you can hear your neighbour snoring. Cheapest plastic sheets covering the walls, the ceiling and the bath room with strong chemical smell. Breakfast was under average. Overall strange athmosphere there and it seemed that the owner or the staff couldn't care less.

We spent one night in this hotel, very comfortable, very quiet, super clean. Kettle, cups, coffee and tea available very much appreciated. Shower gel in the bathroom. Pleasant staff and very good communication, I did a late check-in and all instructions were given to me. The breakfast was complete and very good. I recommend this hotel
