The hotel location is convenience and near the outlet, and also many different kinds of restaurants and shops are here.

We enjoyed staying in Rakuten Stay House Kisarazu very much. Mitsui Outlet Park is just around the corner and a convini shop, a short drive to very good supermarket and Costco etc. The house is spacious and modern, excellent bathroom can be used for drying laundry (bone dry after overnight!), small but allocated car parking helps exploring gorgeous sea side. Wish to have some complimentary tea/coffee bags with sugar, milk, and cooking oil with basic seasoning. Needed ice tray in the freezer as it was very hot outside (stayed in July). Projector TV was Wow! to start with but didn't get clear picture as it only works when ceiling light is on (yes, you have to turn the light on in daytime to watch TV). But these didn't spoil our stay. The house was great and comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay again.

I stayed here from the evening because I was staying the night before golfing. I received a reservation completion email, but when I checked in, the room number wasn't emailed to me. I called and was greeted by a very friendly staff and was able to check in easily. It was bigger and cleaner than I expected, and the projector picked up beautifully so I could watch YouTube and other things. I want to live here lol I'll use it again.

The location was very good. Shopping was easy, there was a convenience store nearby, and the outlets were within walking distance. The facilities were generally satisfactory. The washing machine was in full operation, which was helpful. However, the footsteps and voices of the neighbors were a bit annoying. There was talking and loud voices until around 12 o'clock. If that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend this place. I also stayed at Rakuten Stay in Kawaguchiko, but it was a villa, so it wasn't an issue. I was generally satisfied, but next time I'd like to find a different place.

From the outside, it looked like a maisonette apartment with a kitchen and washing machine, so it was perfect for a group of six. It felt like a villa, not a hotel, so we were able to relax. It has modern features like online check-in/out and a projector TV.

It felt like renting an apartment. Footsteps from the floor above echo, so I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for a quiet stay. There is a washing machine, so you can stay here with minimal luggage. I was happy to see a projector. I wish there was an air purifier. It would have been better if there were small plates available rather than the two flat plates.

It's the best. However, I wish it was a little more reasonably priced.

I used it for the first time. Location from Mitsui Outlet Park A place that takes less than 5 minutes by car. Very good for a home with shopping I was happy ^ _ ^ Costco is also close, so I was able to get dinner and breakfast. Check-in is easy, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I was able to spend comfortably. We didn't have any internet glitches like other reviews said and the screen projector was very helpful for the kids to relax. And the amenities are impeccable, It was really helpful to have a washing machine with a dryer ^ _ ^ Another point is the noise that I was worried about when I saw the review, The sounds and voices on the second floor (at this time, the people upstairs are drinking alcohol and talking like shouting from around 11:00, the peak is around 1:00) It was so loud that I woke up, It became unbearable and was left in the living room in the middle of the night From your tablet to Rakuten Customer Center I made an inquiry. Did you respond immediately and transmitted to the second floor? After 5 minutes the noise was gone. So I slept comfortably after that. The three children were exhausted from sightseeing, and continued until morning. I fell asleep lol Overall, the advantages outweigh Since it is an inn, I definitely want to use it next time. The only drawback, due to the noise problem, Next is Rakuten stay I wanted to find an inn for renting a whole building ^ _ ^ However, creating wonderful memories with your family I made it!
