Exceeded expectation. Would be great to stay with kids, too

I really enjoyed how on top of things guest services was in helping my family and friends be closer and they took the liberty to suggest this. The hotel might be tiny, but kept clean and comfortable. I don’t come to a Disney hotel to stay in it all day, but it’s comfortable after a long day of Disney adventures.

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

Great Disney Value Resort. They have plenty of activities for the family.

Enter the park in advance, the bus is very convenient, the food is very cost-effective, the front desk gave us a badge, and told us in great detail how to play and how to use the app, which is very helpful, recommended

The room is well air-conditioned! The location is excellent and the facilities are decent. It is very convenient to go to Disneyland by shuttle bus.

We booked a triple room, and there was only one bed in the room. It turned out that the table was folded up and the bed was pulled down from the wall. This hotel is very cost-effective among Disney hotels, with two large swimming pools, which are very lively at night. There are many shuttle buses outside the hotel to various Disney parks and towns, and transportation is very convenient.

This is the best value for money hotel in Disney World. The shuttle ride was very convenient and I would 100% visit again.

Beautiful and huge Resort, free transfer to the parks, beautiful pools, Disney stores and restaurants with affordable prices for the Disney franchise.

The most cost-effective Disney hotel, all aspects are not bad!

Make sure you are close to the resort checking area other wise you will be walking a great distance to meet the Disney transportation buses. They are outside the check in area and no where else. You have to park a mile away from any elevator. Be prepared to take luggage to your room by hand. No carts available for the many buildings in the resort.

Hotel was decorated by 26 Nov with Christmas decorations. Thanksgiving dinner at hotel was lovely. Buses ran really well during week of Thanksgiving, bit slower week before. Resort very very busy - maybe busier than summer, and definitely busier by the week of Thanksgiving. Coffee often cold, but as usual pizza great value. Rooms were a bit dirty - first time this has happened at this resort. Area around toilet, and area below bed never cleaned in 14 days. No effort to make room ‘towel sculptures’ as has happened in past. Murphy bed was made up a few times during stay. Would stay again but probably wouldn’t return in November - too busy.
