The electronic door key was broken for 3 different rooms, so I could not and did not stay there , I demanded a full refund but was told I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor meaning you “ trip.com”. Very disappointed and I want my $40 refund from you now please.

Horrible hotel, there was no cleaning, I got sick from the dirty air conditioning, totally different from the photos, broken lampshade

They had became mold restroom and think with table mold too under on wall mold too not good
Blankets yet change bed and not clean nothing else can see anything and wifi not good itself off/on short it weird and tv not clearly no it very old tv fashion channels limited really omg I put star how many put one star sorry other deposit cash next day get back $ that it all that room #{228}!
