Ok, Let's get into it. The pictures on the website looks upscale as well as the main lobby. Now when you go to the room, it looks like you living in the projects in lil Haiti if u know I mean. The walls is horrific and the sheets looks like it hasn't been changed in centuries and rooms smell like a Bob Marley festival. The ceilings looks like a junmji jungle filled with spider webs and bugs. I looked at two rooms and omg that place needs to be shut down ASAP. The man at the front desk was kind but I rather sleep in my car then stay a night in the piece of ****! DO NOT BOOK. RUN RUN RUN.... Oh and theirs Drugdealers, Crack heads and ************.

Dirty sheets and saw a roach . Was being cheap so I got what I paid for

Nice clean, quiet stay close to many amenities

The location of this hotel, um, is more convenient for eating, but if you travel, you must have transportation. Well, the door lock of my room is broken, so I still don't feel very safe when I fall asleep, because it is an open hotel, but the location is very good from Disney and so on, and the service staff's service awareness is also very good, so Overall it's ok.

It was a nice room. Only thing is make sure u get there on time for breakfast. Got there a few minutes before breakfast ended and everything was already put away.

The score on this review is based on comparison to similarly priced properties. For this price, in the Orlando area, this hotel is hard to beat. We stayed for 4 nights at an incredibly busy time (Easter) and were able to observe all the property conditions. Check in was quick and smooth, room was clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal (4 choices) muffins, juice, and milk. Staff were exceptionally active in keeping breakfast items stocked. Public areas were kept clean. Downside is the property is older and its age shows. Ice machine didn’t work. Staff were very responsive to requests. We would definitely stay again.

We had no clean towels. We called the front desk only to find out there weren't any. The best they could do was give me floor mats. Things improved slightly when housekeeping delivered some clean towels to our room. Then things went downhill when our room was not cleaned and no clean towels available on the second night. On the third day housekeeping kept knocking on our door to see if we left yet so they could clean the room. I chose this motel because of the outstanding experience we had staying at a Clarion Inn in Miami, but the mediocre experience at Orlando will have me looking for a different place to stay next time we go to Orlando.

For the price it got the job done! Room smelled like smoke, we sprayed the a/c and by the 2nd day it was better.

Extremely dirty place, the room with cockroaches, dirty towels, walls and ceiling with mold, dirty towels, extremely dirty rooms, I really don't know how a place like this can be providing a service.

The location is excellent, personnel very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are renovated, very clean and modern. The breakfast is not your typical continental cold breakfast, it is very complete, eggs, waffles and many other options. The outside/building needs a little TLC, painting specifically more than anything.

As my First Experience in a Hotel with my family, this hotel was a great start for a family vacation I'll be considering returning back sometime.

The reception area was nice and people also, but the room was dirty. The floor was sticky and the furniture too. Some things were missing, like hairdryer, no plates. I also noticed bad odors when I first walked in. Overall dumpy place. Do not recommend!
