Just back from a week in paradise! This hotel is amazing. The location perfect with beautiful sunsets. Staff are so friendly and always smiling (can’t single out one -would be unfair as they all lovely). Food was the best I’ve had in all inclusive.. hot, varied and fabulous choices. Cleanliness.. again fabulous.. hotel spotless. Room was big, plenty of cupboards drawers and wardrobe space and bed very comfortable. What more can I say except I wish I had booked for longer.

Booked a weeks all inclusive holiday for my partner and I to celebrate our 50th birthdays at the Queens Bay Hotel, Pathos with Jet2. We flew from Newcastle which took around 4 3/4 hours. Private transfers with Jet2 had us from Pathos airport to the hotel in 30 minutes arriving at the hotel around 1030pm. Check in at Reception was quick and efficient by the welcoming staff. We were given room 447 which was on the second floor. Our accommodation for the week consisted on an air conditioned one bedroomed hotel room with ensuite (basin, toilet and shower over bath). Our room contained a build in wardrobe containing fridge and safe (no additional charge), a huge and very comfortable bed, a desk with large wall mounted mirror, a wall mounted TV and a small balcony that overlooked the front of the hotel and car park. The bed provided excellent sleep all week, the room was kept spotless by the cleaners and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool (appreciated in the 35c heatwave)! Breakfast and lunch are provided in the main restaurant with seats inside and outside. Breakfasts consist of the usual fry ups, bacon, sausage, beans, eggs, scrambled eggs etc. Theres an omelette station. Fruits, cereals, breads, toast, yoghurt etc. Tea, coffee, water, milk and various breakfast juices. Lunch, there was always a small variety of choices which were tasty and hot. The evening meal was set in a seperate restaurant, again the choice of sitting inside and out. Each night, there is a different theme, - BBQ, Chinese etc. We always sat outside and timed it to coincide with the sun setting. The sun sets hear are beautiful! The swimming pool overlooks the coast line and has lots of sun loungers around it with parasols to shade you from the hot sun. We always found two sunloungers together with a parasol, no matter what time of the day. Great to know there was no 'sunbed' wars - no need to get up at daft o'clock to reserve them! If you don't want to lie around the pool, there's a grassed area on the next level down with lots of sunloungers and parasols too. Other facilities include a bar next to the swimming pool, breakfast/lunch seating area which serves alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks between 1030am and 530pm, an indoor swimming pool and an indoor gym (cross trainer, 2 x treadmills, dumbells upto 20kg and weight machines for various body parts. There is also a path that leads from the swimming pool area, down to the sea. In this area, there are sunloungers and a small bar (extra charges). Evening entertainment usually consisted of different singers which started during our evening meal and finished at 11pm. One of the days we got the bus to Coral Bay. It's a short walk (5 minutes to the main road). The bus stop is on the same side of the road. The 615 bus comes every 15 minutes or so. €2 each bus fair and we got off at Coral Bay beach at the bottom of the hill, where, after a short walk to the beech, there is a bar/shop/cafe that

Having read so many reviews on here at the time of booking in December 2023 from Summer 2023 & seeing how wonderful the reviews were on the hotel generally, the entertainment team and so many repeat customers we decided to book the hotel as they were clearly doing something right. Good points: The food was really nice and a good variety of choice The hotel location for sunsets was perfect The hotel generally was very good and all areas kept clean (I regularly kept bumping into cleaners in the main toilets) Brilliant massage in the spa - Noah sells the facilities well Plenty of sun beds available during the day Hotel location - only approx 20 minutes from Paphos Harbour Disappointing points: Lack of daytime entertainment team - having seen so many people say on tripadvisor that the aqua aerobics and water polo were good, it was very disappointing during our 10 night stay to only hear the entertainment team make one announcement about daytime activities on only one morning. We regularly checked the board to see what activities were taking place each day, but aqua aerobics wasn’t one of them and water polo only happened twice during our whole stay even though my husband enquired about it a few times but each member of staff seemed to pass it off onto the other one. We even checked tripadvisor during our stay and people who stayed a few weeks before us had enjoyed the aqua aerobics and regular water polo games…..so why nothing much was on during our stay remains a mystery. Room cleanliness - on the whole it was all very clean apart from a few days where dirty glasses remained in our room for a few days & a couple of times the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned and toilet paper wasn’t replaced The staff were all pretty helpful and friendly - Pangiota was always very smoky and happy, as was Stella and Ashley at the pool bar, Andreas in the hotel bar was always very friendly and Meglena and Donna in the restaurant were always very helpful

This is a fantastic hotel. All of the staff are extremely friendly and work very hard. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food was amazing, the best all inclusive that we have had. Plenty of sun beds no need to rush in the mornings. They have a courtesy room which was great to use on the last day.

There’s only one fault with this hotel and that’s our holiday is over, the rooms are small but perfectly adequate, the food is exceptionally good for hotel food as for the staff they made our stay here a brilliant experience, Donna was a shining star, James was a hard worker , Ezu and panni were so friendly ( good luck with uni panni) Rumer and eingride were brilliant and attentive, the cleaning was the best we’ve had in Cyprus, the management should be proud of what they have achieved thanks to all including the kitchen staff and reception staff

Wanted a week to chill and relax and that’s exactly what we got! We have stayed in many AI hotels all over Europe and the Caribbean and have to say it is one of the best for food, cannot fault. Not a lot going on outside the hotel, a good 20 mins bus ride into Paphos which we did but a little disappointed with Paphos. Hotel is so clean and most of staff are very friendly and helpful. Sorry but there were exceptions, James has abit of an attitude problem and Ingrid needs to smile more. A little friendly chat with guests go along way. Nightly entertainment is a little hit and miss, but OK. No problem with sunbeds, still plenty available even after 10am. Beautiful sunsets Do not hesitate, book it - will not disappoint!
