Booked in for 2 weeks I had asked travel agent to request a room with no stairs however they did not pass on message so we were put in a room with stairs The following day we spoke to reception who sent the manager Niko to see us he was marvelous he arranged to have us moved within the hour, this is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel and you will not find a friendlier bunch of staff there is nothing they will not try to help you with The rooms are great clean with comfy beds

Great location, friendly staff both in the restaurant and bar. Room basic but room serviced daily, new towels and bedding. Only thing letting the hotel down is the pool management and lifeguards. When you have an adult only pool that doesn't allow ball games, inflatables, drinks in the pool and children then why does the pool lifeguard turn a blind eye and allows it? Most of the time she was on her phone, hid away in the disabled toilet or collecting empty glasses it's an accident waiting to happen that someone hasn't drowned. The adult pool was also contaminated with paper tissue the second week there because it's not gated off at night and people eat and drink around it. Fence the pools off at night and employ better life guards, as I've said before it's an accident waiting to happen!

Hotel and staff are very nice however although there is an adult only pool which you are not allowed ball games and inflatables and obviously children in this was not the case. These rules are broken on a daily basis and the lifeguards do not uphold the pool rules. So if like myself you want peaceful holiday with no children to bother you and don’t want to be hit in the face with a ball I would go somewhere else.

Really liked this spot. We did all inclusive and this was to a good standard. Always room in the restaurant and around the pool. Rooms really nice (we had a family room). Hilly to and from the main hotel to some of the rooms (I’m getting old and unfit… ) so might be wise to stipulate if this could be a problem for you. Staff were very helpful, always well presented and the whole place had more of a family run feeling than might be expected from this type of hotel. Really was nice. Good area too, with Paphos maybe becoming a little over-developed but still clean and facilities really good throughout. The airport gets busy but was really well organised. Good sites to visit in the local vicinity. Recommend swimming with turtles, which was booked at the hotel with a local diver who I liked a lot… he seemed a bit more conservation focussed than many in the Med. Been a long time since I visited Cyprus, and it really has been developed in that time. I wish they cared a little more for wildlife and the environment over there, but that’s nothing to do with this hotel, which I highly recommend and will likely visit again in the future.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt, pokoje bardzo czyste, obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna. Śniadania smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W hotelu codziennie przygotowane są różne animacje, warto dopłacić za widok na morze. Jedyny minus słabe ciśnienie wody. Spod hotelu co 10/15 minut jezdzi autobus na plaze/ do miasta. Niestety, w poblizu nie ma ładnej plazy, warto pojechać na Coral Bay
