It was a beautiful location for a great hotel. Very friendly service. The restaurant was excellent. I’ll stay again when I come back.

Spent 3 nights with the family there. It is at a great location and the pool is amazing. Service was good and responsive. Room was big but would require a few minor cosmetic repairs. Value for money. Would stay again.

If you are thinking of visiting this place , read the reviews first . DONT BOTHER. I honestly don't know why this place is over hyped ! The place is amazing, yes , away from the city noise but with poor service, who will even think of going to such a place . Took my family for a Sunday funday and to be honest , that was a bad mistake . Made a reservation by directly calling the property and the moment we arrived, we just felt like leaving .No customer service was felt . We were shown our table like 30 meters away then they disappeared., mind you , no one even greeted us . Sat there for like 20 minutes and to my shock , no waiter approached our table until I personally approached them . The place was not even busy . Only 1 table was occupied and also complaining about the service yet there were almost 6 waiters just standing next to the pool just on their phones . Clearly, they don't know why they are being paid. We "finally"managed to place our drinks and food orders which it took 33 minutes to get the drinks served which shockingly came in wrong. Same with the food -who does that ???? Called for the manager and the so called "Jeff Kibet" came and doesn't even know how to speak with the client. High prices for terrible services won't lead you anywhere. You will soon just go down the drain. Never returning back again , worst place!

Third year we are here with our family, spending days at the swimmingpool with a wonderful view over the town. The food and drinks was excellent, especially the lamb chops and the vegetarian stew, the mango juice and dawa drink! Our waiter was very attentive.
