good location near main train station, restaurants and shops, good for transportation. room is small but acceptable ,reasonable price. except some staff cannot speak English, can be trouble for people like me can't speak Japanese. it is good place for people who is on budget travel

Everything is perfect, location and rooms. Except the service and adtitude is very very poor. Compare to other chain hotel. Especial the male elder and middle age man front office. There service feel like Yakuza office! Such a pity.

the location very good because it is very convinient near the station, stores and most of all near to the kokura castle.

Tiny room but clean and has a bathtub. Superb service, by the train station.

The facilities are new, and the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.

It was a decent place to sleep. They even provided free luggage storage service after check-out, so I was able to move around comfortably. Kokura Station was right in front, so it was easy to get around when taking the Shinkansen. The staff were also friendly, so I had a good impression. The train noise might be disturbing to those who are very sensitive to sleep, but I slept well.
