Good location. Just check in annoying because no customer service and pin not given by trip.com. Must contact trip.com customer service to get the PIN only can enter lobby

no check in service, also the check in machine doesn't work properly. No more next time!

Stayed here twice. Very big room. But no hiusekeeping for the entire stay. Didnt receive email for check in.

I went on a family trip of 4~ My kids are all grown up, 3rd year of high school and 2nd year of college, but the beds are big, so it's enough for a family of 4 First of all, the price is cheap and the room is big and the facilities and cleanliness are all good I asked for new towels the next day and they brought them a lot, so I was grateful I heard that check-in was difficult because the reservation number that is often mentioned in reviews did not match but if you just enter the reservation number that comes in the email you can check in right away and there were no problems at all Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the accommodation~~♡

The room size was spacious and the staff was friendly, so I was able to rest comfortably. It would have been better if the floor had been wooden instead of carpeted.

The hotel was good overall, but I didn't receive any emails from trip.com or the hotel mentioning a password to enter the hotel beforehand, and even when we called the phone number written on the wall at the door no one responded. Fortunately, there were other guests in the hotel who opened the door for us, but when we checked in Trip.com did not provide a check in number, we couldn't do self check in at all, and we called several tablets on the phone before someone got through. We were frustrated with so many problems as we had two children in our peers. Trip.com did not provide any assistance at all during the whole process, so I will not book Rakuten Hotel through Trip.com in the future.

Very close to the JR station, in the alley. No parking is provided. The room is spacious and very clean! Unfortunately, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear footsteps and chatter all the time in the middle of the night. It is recommended to bring your own earplugs when you check in.

The location is good. However, I think it is unmanned. It is inconvenient, and there are unreasonable policies such as not providing towels for multiple nights, so it is not good. I do not plan on staying here again.
