Stayed for two nights, it’s very close by car from New Chitose Airport, and there are a lot of free parking spaces. The hot spring is very good, and the open-air hot spring looking at the woods is very peaceful. Breakfast is a basic buffet breakfast. It is very convenient to drive to Zhahuang.

We stayed in Sapporo Kitahiroshima Classe Hotel only 1 night including dinner and breakfast. The food of the restaurant is very good. Serving locate fresh food including crab leg. As the hotel just site in the golf park, the view is beautiful. However, the room condition may required upgrade / refreshment.

残念でした。 野球の試合は観ないが、チェックアウトして直ぐにエスコンに行きたいのでシャトルバスを利用する事は出来るか？ 予約する前に事前に確かめたかったので電話しました。かなり待たされから返事があり、答えは”ある” という事でしたので直ぐにホテルを予約しましたが、バスは夕方までなく、結局タクシーで行きました。車で行こうかとも考え一応ホテルで駐車場は混雑しているかどうか？も一応尋ねましたが、返事をもらうまで、かなり待ちました。結局ハッキリとした返事はもらえず、仕方ないとは思いましたが。 駐車場は朝10時過ぎで早かったからかガラガラでした。 温泉に入る前に入口にいた女性従業員の方に、こちらから “こんばんは！” と挨拶しましたが返事はなく、居酒屋の事や温泉の事を訊いても、暫く無反応で返事がなく瞬きだけするので外国の方かと思ったのですが突然 “居酒屋はまだ開いてません夜7時からです” と言われ、喋れるんだ！とビックリしました。 まだ居酒屋は開いてないと諦めてメニューだけチェックしに行くと、すでに食事をされてる方がいて更にビックリしました。すでに営業してました！！ エスコン関係の宿泊客が多いのに、スタッフは情報を知らなすぎる。愛想がなさすぎて残念。お金を捨てた思いです。

I stayed here on April 16th. I went to watch the Nippon Ham Fighters' official game at S-Con. I didn't have meals, so I don't know about the meals. The reason I stayed here was because there was a free shuttle bus to S-Con for guests. The hotel had a day spa facility, which guests could use for free. The spring quality was moor hot spring. The hotel room itself was old, but neat and tidy. However, the hallway was dim, probably for power saving purposes, and the room number was hard to see.
