The hotel is next to the beach, the beach is beautiful with white sand, and the hotel is quite large. The environment is OK, there are two bedside restaurants, one buffet restaurant that I didn't try and it looked average, and the other a la carte restaurant. It was also average. The room was normal and not luxurious, and there was nothing to see near the hotel. Stay here to enjoy the beach, don't expect as many shops as in Stone Town

This is a beautiful resort. The staff were incredibly kind and always welcome you with a smile. They have snacks and coffee/tea time throughout the day and the dinner buffets were fantastic. There is also a lot of activities like water aerobics, stretching, volleyball.
The only downside: people are allowed to smoke everywhere, on the beach, by the pool, the lobby, the chill areas. It’s really gross and very unhealthy for those who do not smoke.

Das Hotel liegt an der Ostküste der Insel und ist wunderschön im afrikanischen Stil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war sauber und das Personal war so zuvorkommend und freundlich, sowas haben wir selten erlebt, ganz große Klasse. Die Anlage verfügt über 3 Pools, einer davon ist Salzwasser gefüllt. Der Strand ist wunderschön mit weißem Pulversand, bei Ebbe sieht man die Seegras Felder, die dann geerntet werden. Insbesondere möchten wir uns bei Victor bedanken, der uns hier super betreut hat. Ebenfalls beim Animationsteam rund um Adam und seinem Kollegen. Auch bei den tollen Gärtnern und Restaurantmitarbeitern.

"I stayed at this hotel for just one night, which unfortunately didn't give me the opportunity to explore all the facilities. However, I did get to experience the beach and restaurant. The hotel is beautifully designed and definitely deserves a longer stay. The main reason for my short visit was to explore this side of Zanzibar island. While the beach was decent, it didn’t quite compare to the Nungwi beach, as the water wasn’t as clean and clear as on the other side of the island. Despite that, I would gladly return to this hotel, especially because of the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The overall experience was great, though there’s room for improvement when it comes to the food, and the room, while acceptable, could also benefit from some upgrades. In conclusion, it was a great experience, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay." One annoying thing in Zanzibar is the beach boys, as they call them, which will disturb you as long as you are using the beach, trying to sell you anything.

Hotel utrzymany w afrykańskim stylu, co bardzo nam się podobało. Pokoje czyste sprzątane codziennie, jednak panował w nich nieprzyjemny zapach . Łazienka w naszym pokoju nadająca się do natychmiastowego remontu. Domki hotelowe znajdowały się w pięknym ogrodzie. Po wyjściu z domku słychać było śpiew ptaków, można było spotkać lemura lub jaszczurki. Hotel położony przy pięknej piaszczystej plaży nad oceanem. Na terenie hotelu są 3 baseny, jacuzzi i wszystko czego można potrzebować do udanego wypoczynku. Na plaży ochrona pilnująca aby Masajowie nie przeszkadzali w wypoczynku. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna, na czas wakacji Itaka zatrudniła Polską animatorkę Gabrysię, miła i pomocna dziewczyna. W hotelu bardzo dużo Polaków i Francuzów. Jedzenie dobre. Bardzo dużo pysznych owoców, duży wybór ryb i owoców morza, mały wybór mięs, lody płatne. Dwie kolacje tematyczne, na które dostaje się osobiste zaproszenie.
