Excellent hotel. We loved the room, we booked a family room and it is huge. Also very clean, beautifully decorated every day. Staff amazing, food best we ate on the island with many options. The hotel is very chill and quiet perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend it to everyone! Cant wait to be back.

We stayed at different hotels in Zanzibar for 3 weeks and this was by far the best. Everything was amazing, it was better that other 4 stars hotels we stay at. Room had everything you need: kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, very clean. The breathtaking view and calmness are precious. The team couldnt do enough for us. Manager was very attentive to everyone needs and one evening we also met the owners, their kindness is very rare. We wish we stayed longer here. It is a perfect boutique hotel with extremely good food and many options for everyone’s taste. My son said he ate here the best pizza!

Bellissima struttura, accolti dal manager la mattina presto ci siamo sentiti subito coccolati. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in ma essendo già pronto tutto ci hanno subito accompagnato in camera. Hotel di piccole dimensioni, un piccolo paradiso a Zanzibar. Camere molto grandi, belle e pulite. Ristorante eccezionale con soluzioni anche vegetariane/vegan. Una splendida piscina e servizio spiaggia incluso con sdraio e ombra. Tutto bellissimo, siamo stati davvero bene. Tra i vari hotel che siamo stati a Zanzibar è sicuramente quello dove siamo stati meglio, tutto stupendo. La vista mare è breathtaking!

Ce sont des voleurs 5 jours avant le départ nous les avons contacté pour caler notre transfert de l'aéroport. Et ils nous dises qu'ils n'y a pas de réservation à notre nom alors que nous avions versé 1/3 du montant à la réservation. Ils ont sûrement surbooké leur chambres pour garantir le maximum de comblement. Ils ne veulent pas non plus rembourser l'avance de 600€. Je vais déposer plainte mais je craint ne pas les revoir. Si vous réservez tout de même vous ne pourrez pas dire que vous n'étiez pas prévenue...

Where do I begin..the rooms are much smaller than advertised in the pictures. The pictures do not depict the truth. We were a family of 6 with 4 senior citizens and 2 adults, this is not a suitable hotel for easy beach accessMy room did not have the basic amenities that you would expect after paying over a $1000 for a 3 night vacation. There was no electricity 1 night out of 3 and we had to sleep without a fan or AC in hot heat. We had called ahead to confirm that this was a beachfront property but in fact you have to walk down steep stairs without railings to get to the beach. We ordered food from the restaurant and by the time we got our food, it was cold. It looked like it had traveled miles before getting to us. The breakfast was below average for the price they charged and was pretty much the same all days. I will never go back to this hotel no matter how desperate I am. The only positive about this place is the staff and the ever kind hospitality of Zanzibar. The staff did their best to accommodate our requests of an early breakfast and were cheerful and went out of their way to serve us. The 2 stars are only for the staff.
