Good location and services, Good price and up grade to panoramic sea view room

Just wanted to share my amazing experience at the Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa! The room was sparkling clean, and they even made sure my birthday request was perfectly prepared – a big thank you to everyone involved! The staff truly impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness, especially Khun Wean at the check-in counter. The resort boasts two lovely pools. While the main pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance during my visit, the one connecting to the beach offered breathtaking views that left me speechless. Speaking of the beach, the hotel's direct access was fantastic! There were some rocks near the stairs leading down, so just a heads up to be cautious when stepping onto them. For a relaxing evening, we dined at the C-salt restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it! If you're looking for a convenient and enjoyable dinner option without leaving the hotel, I highly recommend giving it a try.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, the service was excellent. The hotel is very clean and hygienic, and the beds are 1.5 meters wide, which is very convenient when traveling with children under 12 years old. The only downside this time was that the large swimming pool was under maintenance, and the breakfast variety was not as abundant as before. Overall, it was a nice stay!

It's a good place to stay if you are living nearby or already have plans to travel to Rayong. However, it may not be worth the drive from Bangkok just to stay and relax at this hotel, as there are other places that are closer and more relaxing. Let me talk about this hotel. The location is large, and the swimming pool is good. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. Service is decent. Bedsheet smell a bit , we asked for change and they came quick! Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Nice location for relaxing, quiet, and chill

The overall hotel is very nice . There are plenty space for dog to walk (all 1st floor) . He can access to almost every part of the hotel except for the dinning area . They allows dog with carrier on the lobby floor and outdoor dinning area. The dog fee is ฿1,500 extra with free dog meal. However the amenities for dog is not really suitable. Bed comes only mattress no bed cover so, it isn’t feel clean for me! The cage was difficult for him to access by himself. The pampers was for female. The bowl are very small which is easily to be messy

It was good time to spend my time with family including 3 kids. Facilities area nice also beach front. Especially for small kids there really good facilities for them. Can be improved for the food as Marriott hotel standard.

The location is quite good I recommend for family with children Amenities are available Room is clean I can’t believe this is five-stars hotel and of Marriott Bonvoy Your service is not well organized: room and breakfast table We arrived at the room with the baby crib and we didn’t order any kind of that. When we arrived at the breakfast table, someone stole my table, and the staff assigned us new table. Then, after we put our plates on that table, someone told us this table belonged to them. I just felt like busy is understandable, but you’re five-stars hotel? didn’t you expect it should be crowded on the holiday. We need to move table two times just for having breakfast without any apologies from your staff. Are you sure your are five stars hotel?

Wonderful holiday resort in Rayong. Beautiful large rooms. Amazing outdoor facilities with two huge swimming pools. A beautiful white sand beach is directly at the hotel. The breakfast selection is huge, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday stay

We arrived past 4pm and the room was not yet available. Had to wait for around 15mins for the keys. Overall, it was a good stay since hotel staff is nice and friendly.

The hotel provided a peaceful and secluded environment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. I intend to return in the future.
