If not the worst, it is among the 3 worst experiences of my life in a hotel. We arrived and the view of the exterior, entrance to the hotel was spectacular. All cleaning, order and maintenance must be spent there. They gave us a dirty room, it looked like they had made a room into a latrine. Dirt, hair in the sinks and showers, stained walls and some curious stains on the sheets and pillows that we wanted to believe were tomato stains. Not to mention that the rooms they show in the photos in the app do not resemble what is there in the slightest. After more than half an hour talking to a receptionist, who was literally passing us by (taking calls, writing papers, or doing something so that we could leave once and for all), he decided to show us more rooms so that we could verify that they were all the same and not there had been no inequality with us. And indeed there was, because in our room there was neither a safe (essential for storing passports and valuables when you leave) nor a refrigerator as essential as the safe if you want to have fresh water for such a hot climate. Regarding the dirt, facilities and maintenance of the rooms, it is true that the 3 that they showed us were literally just as dirty, undone and poorly maintained. The incredible thing is not that this hotel was a 4 star, but that it could maintain more than 2, and the first one was due to the spectacular entrance of course.
