All aspects are good. friendly receptionist. Lobby and rooms are clean and tidy. complete facilities. Everything works fine. The interior is really nice for a 200k guest house class. Maybe what is different from hotels is that there are no slippers in the room. The room is not airtight (reasonable). Apart from that, parking is somewhat limited if there are lots of visitors. Overall very satisfied.. Thank you

We stayed here in order to get the Bromo-tour at midnight. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and sufficent equiped but not too large. Right across the street there is a supermarket. If you don't expect too much it is more than ok.

The guest house is located directly next to the Ijen Boulevard, you can walk to old town with its charming bars and restaurants. A supermarket is opposite. It's very quiet, the rooms are spacious and the price is very fair. For us the besst choice whenever we are in Malang.

Siamo arrivati tardi in treno da Yogyakarta, verso le 23:00, all'hotel kertanegara Premium, e che avremmo dovuto svegliarci presto per prendere parte a un tour. Nonostante l'hotel non fosse completamente pieno, ci è stata assegnata una camera in cui si sentiva costantemente il rumore fastidioso del motore dell'elettropompa dell'acqua, rendendo quasi impossibile dormire. Il personale era chiaramente a conoscenza del problema, ma nonostante ciò, hanno scelto di assegnarci comunque quella stanza, quando avrebbero potuto facilmente alloggiarci altrove. Quando abbiamo chiesto alla reception di essere spostati, ci è stato negato senza alcuna spiegazione valida. Un'esperienza molto deludente, che ha rovinato la nostra permanenza e il riposo necessario per il tour del giorno successivo.
