This is a very family friendly hotel located between Madrisabahn and the centre of Klosters, convenient if you need to travel between both places.

This is really a 4.5 star review. Our 3rd or 4th time there and we'll be back as it is great for kids and adults alike. Loads to do for the wee ones, really nice rooms and the staff are great. The only problem we encountered was the pillows. This is a common issue on the continent, these pillows look nice but as soon as you actually put your head on them, they shrink, all the air disappears and they offer next to 0 support. You might as well be lying on the mattress directly. They really are dreadful. Invest in some proper pillows and it's a 5 out of 5 easily

Room was clean and spacious, the facilities for kids are brilliant, welcome drinks on Sunday was a lovely touch. Only downside was the swimming pool which is beautiful is too cold.

Hotel split in 2 parts, one old area, old lift, lots of stairs, not family friendly, and one new area with new rooms etc, but cant access via lift, so need to take all the luggage and stroller on the stairs. Great new pool and kids room. Bowling was occupied due to party. Food in restaurant is average, breakfast was good. This is sports hotel so lots of cyclists, and not many families with kids. Will stay somewhere else in future and come to this hotel for kids area and pay the entrance fee

We were here as a family. Two adults, a 5-year-old and a baby. We keep coming back to Klosters and this hotel has been around for a long time. A large part of the hotel has now been renovated and is back up to date. The food, cleanliness, care and infrastructure are suitable for families. The playroom, children's bowling and the indoor pool are great. (Be careful, the floor in the indoor pool is slippery.) We will be back and thank you for the great stay.

We were able to spend a few lovely days at the Sporthotel Klosters. A really attentive team in all areas. Great location - very good food - beautifully renovated rooms. A true paradise for families with children. The indoor pool is one of the nicest I have ever seen. The only drawback is the sauna area. Unfortunately, the relaxation area is not very inviting. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much, Theresa, for your open words. You can be proud of this team.
