Reception  helpful. Check in and out procedure is simple. Room is clean in general however noticed bedding has visible yellow/brown stains.

Hotel is clean and close to restraurant kliang rail coffee.

Good location and close to the city. Restaurant just nearby.

The location very strategic with mykluang restaurant beside it..

Can’t use the wifi. No hair dryer. Got baby cockroaches. Cleanliness not satisfactory. Will not recommend to others

The room is suitable for the price, the location is also strategic near to the restaurant, the parking is on the terms of who can get it as soon as possible.. Overall nice stay..

Great stay. Dekat dengan Bandar juga. Dekat dengan restoran kluang railway. Ada Ninso. Dekat dengan tasik kluang. Bilik pun selesa. Sesuai dengan harga. Terbaik.

Great stay. Close to the City as well. Close to kluang railway restaurant. There is Ninso. Close to kluang lake. The room is comfortable. Appropriate for the price. The best.

Bilik yang luas untuk 2 orang, selesa dan bersih. Recommended for travellers. 

Spacious room for 2 people, comfortable and clean. Recommended for travelers.

All amenities are in working condition but needs refurbishment as the items are a bit old.  The bedsheets are old. Bath towels looked worn out. The shampoo dispenser which is not working was not removed although toiletries were provided separately.
