The room is relatively clean, very close to the center and the nearest to Mount Namba. Except for the chirping of birds, it is relatively quiet. It is a recommended hotel.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained bedsheets and hair on the pillowcase, though the mattress was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good. However the hotel lacks an elevator. On my final day, I twice experienced issues with my keycard failing to grant room access after stepping out, requiring assistance from the staff.
The location is good. In the evenings, many birds gather around the hotel and nearby buildings, so caution is needed to avoid bird droppings when stepping outside.
