The receptionist is polite and friendly. The check-in process does not take a long time to proceed then we can go to the room for rest after a few hours' journeys from KL. However, when we were in the room, we felt a bit disappointed because the room was not the same as the picture. One more thing, the dim lights also make us scared. The iron is also outside and no hair dryer in the room.

we had a great stay at this hotel! It's incredibly convenient, located right near the bus terminal and within walking distance to a mall and various shops. Perfect for exploring the area without any hassle!

Surrounding the hotel is convenient to many shopping mall and restaurant. But the hotel walk in rate is cheaper than the trip.com. Hotel room rate photo attached. Will trip.com refund me the differences.

Clean room. Provided room slippers. No other toiletries. Room TV has only a few channels. The town is quiet and simple, so didn't hold too much expectation from e hotel. In overall, its a fine hotel.

Clean compact room, only down part is own parking. Have to park on the public parking which is hard to come by.

This hotel has a mini fridge which is great. Not much space to walk in room. Shower is great compared to other hotels nearby. Location very convenient!

The first thing that i will concern about whenver i have a stay is the safety and the cleanliness. The cleanliness is satisfying and also for safety so far i didnt experience any unsafe incident.

It's my first time going to Kluang and of course first time staying in Imperial Hotel. As Kluang is a small town, the location of the hotel is quite alright. Just across from 24hr McDonald's. Check in was fast as I'm the only one checking in that time. It's a small hotel and I didn't use any facilities or ordered hotel food.
