The air conditioner is very noisy, the toilet flush is broken and the water pipe is very loud. The Wi-Fi is unstable, the breakfast is only 5 dishes, and there is no vegetable! The safe is at the counter. The coffee is as weak as water. The only advantage is that it is very close to the train station. Not worth considering!

The best in Kluang city . Always stayed at this hotel when in kluang as i prefer high floor rooms with view. Easy access to ayer hitam and batu pahat. The only issue is the flashing system is bad

One of the tallest buildings in kluang town, my room is partial mountain view, what amaze us is the fabulous fireworks from every where of the town. Will revisit if we come to Kluang.
