This is the cutest place! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Good food onsite. I will try this place first when I need to be back in Knoxville.

We just stayed at The Oliver Hotel for a quick overnighter. We were impressed with the location, professionalism of the staff and the history of this wonderful hotel. Our stay included visiting the Speak Easy and The Oliver Royale restaurant on premise. Highly recommend both and look forward to our next visit to Knoxville whenever that may be !

Had a fantastic experience at the Oliver. Great location on Market Square, surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The hotel is very charming. We had a king room which was spacious and well appointed. The staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. The sooner the better.

A gracious beautiful hotel with a first class restaurant and bar, walkable to stores and restaurants. Flight problems, so we called the hotel late that evening, and Chris graciously (and efficiently) reserved a room for us. When we arrived and checked in, Chris offered to take my bag to our room so we could quickly join have our daughter who was sitting on the patio with family. Such hospitality!
