The location is kinda in a weird spot but it’s easy to find. It’s about 15 min from downtown Knoxville. The rooms need to be updated and the pillows are small (there little squares).
The hotel is good if you need to stay for a night and just lay your head.

After check in, we didn't even stay for 5 minutes. When we arrived at our room, the door was cracked open by the safety lock. We entered and noticed the trash can wasn't cleaned out (beds did not look like they had been slept in) and we checked cleanliness of the bathroom and noticed a nasty cockroach in the tub. Snapped a quick picture and went straight back to the front desk. Both the receptionist and manager were very understanding and immediately refunded our money. Something tells us this isn't the first time this has happened :(

The customer service was outstanding.The hotel itself needs a bit of a facelift as everything is much more worn in appearance than in the photos, especially the pool area. It was clean and comfortable though.

They lied to me about the room over the phone, didn't clean the room Sunday when we had the placard on the doorknob, they didn't offer to make it right, just gave us towels to take up to our room, when we left, the guy at the desk never asked us how our stay was or nothing. He just asked if we were checking out, didn't say have a nice day or nothing. We're going to stay at another motel next time.

It's an older hotel but the staff keep it running smooth. This is not really downtown Knoxville. But it is very close to it. Don't let the area fool you, the hotel delivers on its promises, pool, breakfast, gym, and great rooms. Its all there.
