The overall stay was great. It is in the perfect location for a couple getaway. Walking distance to everywhere downtown, Market Square, Old City, Tennessee Theater, etc. We were not informed about the dress code at the rooftop bar, women were wearing backless bathing suits with sweat pants but hoodies werent allowed. The free breakfast in the morning was nice however by the time they restocked silverware and drinkware our food was cold so the second day we went to Ruby Sunshine instead. We also booked a room with a view, we had a view however it was from the side and you could see about 10 feet of downtown if you leaned against the window and that was it. Overall it was a great time the few inconveniences were small and now we know for next time.

Vincent the valet did an outstanding job! Was timely and efficient. Offered to take our bags or get us a cart. We arrived at a later hour and he still was eager and enthusiastic to park our car. We were very happy to arrive after a long trip and not have any issues

Checked in with the app and went straight to my room. Great room was suite style with 2 big televisions a bar area with a mini fridge. Valet was super friendly and attentive and Dominic got my car super fast when I called for it in the morning. Breakfast was hot and tasty as well. Awesome location with great restaurants a short walk away.

Fabulous hotel experience! From leaving the car with valet ($35/day) to our beautiful big corner room (701) to the complementary happy hour on the rooftop to the wonderful breakfast, and ending with valet getting our car fast. (Big thank you to Aaron, Marcus, and Ray). The hotel is in the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. I look forward to staying there again.
