The Marrriott Knoxville was great because of two things- John and Logan! They offered to drive us where we needed to go and gave much needed info about the campus and town since we’ve never been there before and it was a very exhausting orientation weekend. The moment we walked in, JOHN greeted us and was so helpful. Logan drove us a different time and he was fabulous as well! Both of these men deserve raises! They are the face of your hotel and represent it well. The rooms were wonderful with the two king beds. The only downside was the bathrooms were very small, but not enough to take away a star! We are staying here for the next 3 years for sure!

Lovely experience at marriott Downtown Marriott. In particular Nina in the M Club was a lovely person and worked so hard to keep the Breakfast Buffet fresh. She is a real asset to your organization. We would love to come back just to see her. The rooms were clean and modern.

Rooms are lovely-clean, well furnished.
Our room was quite noisy from outside traffic and activity. In general, we were pleased with staff and condition of hotel and rooms. The valets were excellent.

This property is super clean! The M club and Nina are my favorite. I love the fact that I can walk in and be away from home and Nina will welcome me with a hug. The staff is super nice and the whole environment including the restaurant is nice and inviting.

Turn down service every day. Courteous and accommodating staff. We called the front desk to request a bellman to assist with our luggage upon checkout. None was available so Kitty (Katherine) came to our room to personally help us. Instead of chalking it up to being busy Kitty was moved to help us. Commendable!!

Only stay here if you want to get charged extra for all kinds of things (parking, room service, water, etc.). I ordered room service and ended up paying around $50 for a Shepherd's Pie in a cardboard box. It looked horrible and tasted average.

Stayed 5 nights in June. Excellent service and quality. Genuinely friendly staff every level! From my check in experience with Kieran who found me a room with a lovely view over the park to check out with Stephen who helped me with a late check out. The room was spotless everyday and fully staffed.

We were in town for a convention and it was so nice to be able to valet park at the hotel and just walk to the convention center. Also I love that the TV said my name when I check in.
