A good chain hotel in the center. There is a swimming pool, delicious breakfast. The room is quiet and clean. There was a view of the marina.

The hotel service is good and the staff are warm and friendly. The guest rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Convenient location and easy transportation. highly recommended!

Nice hotel to stay in if you want to be near the waterfront or the bus station. I had to check out very early in the morning and the hotel prepared a breakfast bag for me which I really appreciated. The room I checked into was very basic, no slippers or robe for the guests either which was a bit of a let down. The bathroom water was not hot, this was another let down considering that it was a cold winter day. Overall an average experience.

Celebrated my mom’s birthday.
We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and our room was spacious and clean.
The buffet breakfast is great, wish it had pancakes or waffles for vegetarians. The hotel is located at the heart of Knysna- short stroll to the waterfront, plenty of restaurants& activities. Parking is available on site for ZAR30 p/ night and tourism levy is ZAR30 p/ night.
Our check in was 30 minutes late, (14:30) bit disappointed, but we understand it was peak period.
Otherwise highly recommend and will definitely return!

Dit hotel is gelegen tegen het waterfrontgebied van Knysna. Uitzicht vanuit de tuin en zwembad op de haven. Kamers, bedden en douche zijn prima. Onbijtbuffet is ruim en goed verzorgd. De ligging van het hotel is het grootste pluspunt. Goede restaurants en winkels vind je als het ware om de hoek.
