The villa we booked was priced at 288 square meters, which is actually only a house of 100 square meters in China. Four people are very crowded in the house, and the built-in swimming pool is also relatively small. The 49㎡ villa booked for the second night was more comfortable than the 288㎡ one. There was a public swimming pool at the door, which was not equipped with dental equipment. The surrounding area was relatively desolate and there were no businesses. Massage and meals could only be provided at a few shops on the beach.

Beautiful rooms, very spacious. Bungalow directly on the pool. Breakfast great, lots of choice and friendly staff. Beautiful location on the beach. Lots of children, which was fun for us with a baby. Very beautiful sunset. One time the room was not cleaned when our little one was sleeping. Later I asked for clean towels and they were no longer available, which is a bit strange for a hotel like this. Otherwise delicious!

The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. There are gains and losses, just go decisively if you like quietness and original ecology.

Very nice bungalow but a little landlocked. The spring overlooks a small beach not suitable for swimming and it is not easy to reach other beaches without a vehicle.

We were a family of 12 staying here one week. The bungalows were all very nicely decorated, big and airy, with a balcony for relaxing. The bathrooms were good, but we only got cold water in the shower. As the weather was hot, it didn’t matter. The rooms were cleaned every day, and we had plenty of clean towels. Tea and coffee making facilities also in the room, but the staff didn’t always remember to replenish the teabags. The breakfast was adequate, with an egg station, fruit etc. We would have liked some yogurt and maybe cheese and ham, but as we stayed there in low season, we understand they were running on a more tight budget. All the staff were pleasant and smiling. The pool was good, also for small children. The gardens were nice with tread, grass and flowers. As there were a lot of waves, we didn’t try swimming in the sea much, but the children enjoyed playing in the sand. All in all a very pleasant stay. But be aware that if you happen to break one of the umbrellas provided in your room (we had a couple of bad, windy storms), you will be charged 150 Bht for it. This is the first time I have encountered this in any hotel.

Firstly before going, the communication with this hotel was fantastic. They organised a return transfer for us from Krabi in a beautiful car. So fast and efficient. Beautiful place. Clean. Staff are amazing. Nong at reception was so helpful, organising tours and taxis for us. All the staff at breakfast & anywhere throughout the resort were so friendly & helpful. It was my husbands birthday while we were there & they were more than happy to organise a cake for him & there was beautiful birthday decorations in the room. Good value as well.

We had a two bed pool villa which was fab for a family. Plenty of space. Rooms comfortable. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and not the living room/kitchen area but there is a fan in that space. Everything was clean and well maintained. We appreciated having our own small private pool as there was some shade on it so the water was cooler than the main pool. Also meant we could use it after the main pool had closed, but the pool is not that private. Would also have benefited from a ceiling fan on the balcony. The main pool has no shade at all. It is like a stifling stew pot. We barely used it, but it looks pretty. I think we would have struggled at this hotel with kids without the small private pool. Breakfast is good. Beach is nice, but no snorkelling. Beautiful sunsets. 5-6 restaurants down the beach which serve good Thai food and are not expensive. It's all a very relaxed vibe. We stayed over Easter and there were mostly English and German families, but certainly wasn't loud and shouty. Massage hut where you can walk up and get a hour massage for 400-500 baht - very good. There is also a minimart and laundry just outside the hotel. Go to the laundry near August minimart (turn right out of hotel drive, it is closer than the ones to the left which hotel initially directed us to). Would stay here again.

10/10 throughout. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable. Rooms were huge, modern and the best we’ve had in Thailand. If there was 1 negative I would say the aircon wasn’t the most powerful but everything else was exceptional. Pool was cleaned and quiet and location of hotel was perfect. Breakfast was fresh and a lot of choice. Would recommend and I would stay again!

Well laid out and designed at the edge of a fairly intimate beach with several decent bars and restaurants though only a couple of hundred yards from a main road which provides good access to the ferry terminal. The hotel was fairly quiet when we were there and the staff very helpful and friendly particularly the bar and restaurant which we'd recommend. Breakfast is also varied and well prepared. Rooms well proportioned and equipped. Worth the 30 minute trip to Old Lanta Town.

My room was amazing - large and spacious with beautiful interior design Good breakfast included Comfortable and good quality sunbeds, large good quality sunshades. 😩 My complaint would be people who are not guests of hotel access the sunbeds via beach area or side entrance of hotel and this is not monitored by hotel staff.

As previous reviewer has shared, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The welcome at check in / out could have been warmer but the staff at the bar and breakfast made up for it. Food & drinks priced reasonably for a hotel, however don’t miss Yawee on the main road (must reserve or queue) for super cheap and amazing quality Thai food, or Lazy Days (last restaurant on Relax Bay to the left as you come out the hotel) for great coffee, food and drinks. We also loved Spaghetti by Mangia (world class pizza and pasta… a real surprise for Thailand). Hotel happy hour good value and cocktails great. Watermelon frappes were our son’s favorite and at 100 baht were reasonably priced. Breakfast was good; the made to order pancakes and poached eggs were great. The stand out was the quality and spaciousness of the rooms. We had two teenagers with us so had to have two rooms however I would not have hesitated to all stay in one room in years gone by…. The day bed is almost a full size single bed and there is plenty of space for extra beds. The double bed is huge… at least a super king so you could easily get two adults and a child in it. We will be back! 3 nights wasn’t long enough once we’d got our bearings.
