Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless.
Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids.
Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront.
Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

A fantastic hotel in every way. Beautiful view, excellent breakfasts and incredible service from the lovely staff. The gym was very good although could do with some more updated equipment. The dinners at both restaurants were excellent although very pricey and you might be better off going into Ko Lanta town's many lovely restaurants for more authentic and cheaper food. I look forward to coming here again.

It was an awesome stay! I definitely will come back again. The staffs were helpful and friendly. I didn’t go out of the resort during the stay as the resort has plenty of amenities and food choicest

It was absolutely amazing! The service was top notch even before we arrived and so consistent, the view is amazing and the food is so good as well. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back!

I stayed at Ocean View Pool Villa for $250 during a special discount period. I asked for ice to drink cold beer, but the ice came in 10 minutes. I had to pay more than double the price to stay this much in Krabi, and it was great to stay at a nice hotel at a good price.

The hotel provided a free pick-up service from Krabi Airport, and the journey was very comfortable.
The beautiful natural environment of Koh Lanta and the excellent customer service of the hotel staff make it no wonder that it was chosen as the best in Thailand. The resort is also well maintained.
