Hotels near Daeng Beach, Koh Larn

There are surprises in the room, the hotel is fresh and refined blue and white tone, each villa is planted with frangipani, the photo is beautiful, if the child is not bored, it is okay to bring the child. Breakfast is before 10 o'clock, with sandwiches, fried rice, fried eggs, soft drinks. No extra bed.

The room is nice (very suitable for taking photos) and there is a beach behind (although it is a bit dirty, but you can go to the beach at night when the tide goes out). But there are only three rooms, I don't know about the other two. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in didn't work, it was very hot, and the house was not soundproof. If it rained, it would be a disaster. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room at night, and there was no mosquito coil. I was bitten more than a dozen times in one night, and the room was hot. I didn't sleep all night, but the boss was very good. I hope everyone will be careful when staying here, it really affects the travel experience. It is recommended to take a day trip to Larn Island and stay in Pattaya at night. After all, the price is not cheap.

The main advantage of this hotel is its staff. They will definitely try to make your vacation great, solve your problems, always respond very quickly to requests, and sometimes anticipate them. The hotel has a good breakfast, delicious soup, toast with butter and jam and drinks to choose from. You can rent a bike without a deposit, very convenient (the price is the same as everywhere on the island), the bikes are in good condition. Very cozy public area, clean pool, very nice to sit in the evening. There are beach towels, a hair dryer in the room, gel and shampoo. There is a transfer to the pier to the ferry upon check-out. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying to do everything possible, but there are still things that can be improved. For example, the sockets in our room were inconveniently located, the hair dryer cannot be turned on near the mirror, the air conditioner is right above the bed, we had to watch so that there is no draft at night. If the air conditioner was in a niche, which is there, it would be more convenient. We paid $ 30 per night, for us the price seems a little overpriced. By the way, you can also somehow diversify the interior of the room, a picture above the bed (as an option, a photo of the island's beaches), a mirror in front of the door... Yes, the doors should be changed. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Last minute I decided to take an overnight trip to Koh Larn from Pattaya. The 30 Thb (1 USD) fare and 30 minute ferry ride to the Island was very comfortable. The Suntosa Resort is a short 5 minute walk from the Na Baan pier. The small charming hotel with 10 rooms is literally perched over the water’s edge. The rooms are spacious most if not all have King Size bedrooms. Each room has a larger than normal refrigerator/freezer which is well stocked with Water, Soft Drinks and assorted Beer and other alcoholic beverages. They have a selection of snacks also available for in room purchases. Martin and his staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was good for both Thais and Westerners with 4 options available. The room rates were very reasonable. There are several very nice beaches on the island relatively close by. Some beaches offer various water sports and have plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Restaurants are quite abundant throughout the small island as well. I would not hesitate to recommend the Suntosa Resort to travelers looking for a quick few days escape from the mainland. Thank you all at the Suntosa Resort. I hope to return soon for a little longer stay.

We had the easiest most comfortable stay at The Seacret with our 2 mid-size dogs! The Owner, khun Sanocha, speaks perfect English and was tremendously kind and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel shuttle to go to various beaches in Koh Larn. The hotel itself is modern and clean. We got a room on an upper floor without a terrace (because we went during the Songkran holiday and they were already fully booked!) nut the rest of the rooms in the hotel have one. Breakfast is a bit mediocre but fortunately, the hotel’s close to good cafés and restaurants options. Highly recommended if you’re travelling with pets and looking for a good value for money hotel in Koh Larn.

First Manager and staff great, location perfect for restaurants , cafe and clothes shopping . Can rent a moto for 24 hrs 250 bht to get to beaches, fishing at pier next door available . Hotel has character . Rooms great and clean . Will come here again . Made a huge mistake by booking stay at hotel Xanadu on beach to be totally stuffed around re check in . Would have been better staying here and getting to swimming beaches on moto . There is a market 5mins walk offering freshly cooked seafood , chicken , fried rice and fresh juice . Do yourself a favour and stay here

Stayed on October 12-13. Impressed with everything. Clean. See the sea view in the morning. We went with 1 friend. The biggest room. Better than expected. The owner is Chinese. Lovely. Always take care of us. Delicious breakfast. Really impressed. Anyone who comes to Koh Larn, this accommodation is another interesting choice on Koh Larn. Next time if I have a chance, I will come back again. 🏝️🫧🐠 (Just got to post a review)

I stayed for one night and it was a very good stay. The hotel had a complimentary pick-up from the port and the transportation to the hotel allowed me to watch the countryside of the island. At the resort, everything worked really well. The check-in, the room and the beach. The room was clean and had a nice cooling AC and mini fridge. The dinner and the breakfast was good. Although the dinner came out a bit cold due to pre-order. The breakfast had that little surprise bakery tray and the selection was either American or Thai. The beach and the water was flawless. Very nice, clean and shallow water to swim in. One complaint I had was the Wifi that didn't reached out all the way to my room. That is too bad. Otherwise, this establishment would have got five stars rating from me.
