The territory is quite green and very pleasant. It's about 7 minutes walk to the pier. It's about 20 minutes to one of the beaches. The hotel is for undemanding travelers. It's very good for a couple of nights.

The air conditioner is cool, but the water heater is broken, the drinking water has a strange taste. For those who are serious about drinking water, please buy it yourself. The bed is hard, using a PVC mattress without a topper or mattress pad. When sleeping, it will feel strange and uncomfortable. But with the cheap price, I don't expect much from the quality. But what makes me feel bad is the service and the owner's speech. Everything here is a resort. Everything is done just enough to be available. I don't feel that they care about customers at all. The motorcycle I rented from the accommodation is very old. The price of 300 is not worth what you get. The seat can't be locked. When twisting the throttle up the hill, the gear slips out. I was shocked. I recommend renting a car from outside. The price is the same, but the car is much better. We rented the car at 3 pm. The next day, they let us return it at noon. We asked to go out to eat. We might come back around 12:30 or not in the afternoon. They didn't give us any concessions. They said no one would give it to us. They said if we went to eat, they would take us to the restaurant and pick us up and take us to the pier. Actually, they could do it, but we think it would be difficult for their staff. They have to drop us off and pick us up from the shop. So we wanted to ask if they could return the motorcycle a little later. He wouldn't give in no matter what. Before hanging up, I told my friend that he was so inconsiderate. That was it. The resort owner was really upset with me and ordered the staff not to take me to the shop, just to the pier. I was like, okay, okay. But I was really upset. I asked a motorcycle rental shop near the pier in front of my house if I could rent it at 3pm and return it around 1pm. They still said yes. (If I had recorded the audio, you would know that I spoke to them in the most polite tone. I didn't raise my voice or use any hurtful or insulting words. I just let it slip that I was inconsiderate. And I didn't say that to them. I said it to my friend, just complaining to them.) Sometimes, kindness is a small thing that if given, it will bring many good things, such as the impression that customers have, word of mouth, repeat stays, or good reviews. But just an owner who is inconsiderate and has no integrity in his words can make everything worse.

I really liked the hotel. The location is convenient, easy to find, 5-7 minutes from the Nabaan pier. The territory is well-kept, greenery, swings, chairs, hammock. The room is large, clean. In the room there is a TV, glasses, Wi-Fi, kettle, air conditioning. In the bathroom there is shampoo, gel, toilet paper. The water is clean, the pressure is good, warm. For its price it exceeded my expectations. If you do not want to find flaws, then for an overnight stay for 1-2 nights it is simply gorgeous. In front of each room there is a balcony where you can sit at a table in the evening and listen to the birds singing (they sing incredibly). Upon check-in, a guy with a translator answered all the questions (he does not speak English, but this was not a problem).
