This hotel is not for foreigners it’s really for local residents So poor quality and windows are not close well and bed is hard I got back pain next day , so many mosquitoes and spiders in room

Nice place - comfortable, clean and quiet. Only minor gripe was that they wouldn't let us check in at 12.30pm, even though the rooms were ready and the keys laid out at reception. The guy did let us in at 1.30pm though - official check in time is 2pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at this place. Our accommodations were roomy and we particularly enjoyed. The staff were warm and welcoming.

Great place. There are inexpensive cafes nearby. Friendly staff There is a laundress, you can wash your clothes. They provide water and bath accessories.

Excellent hotel, or rather guest house. Near the pier, there are inexpensive cafes nearby The beaches are 15-20 minutes walk away. This is not noisy Pattaya, so you can get a good night's sleep. The hosts are responsive

I really liked the hotel. The location is convenient, easy to find, 5-7 minutes from the Nabaan pier. The territory is well-kept, greenery, swings, chairs, hammock. The room is large, clean. In the room there is a TV, glasses, Wi-Fi, kettle, air conditioning. In the bathroom there is shampoo, gel, toilet paper. The water is clean, the pressure is good, warm. For its price it exceeded my expectations. If you do not want to find flaws, then for an overnight stay for 1-2 nights it is simply gorgeous. In front of each room there is a balcony where you can sit at a table in the evening and listen to the birds singing (they sing incredibly). Upon check-in, a guy with a translator answered all the questions (he does not speak English, but this was not a problem).

I will definitely go back again. The sea is beautiful, the water is very clear, and it is easy to travel to the island. It was a lot of fun.

If you're expecting it to be like the photos, you might be a little disappointed. It's probably been a long time since the photos were taken, so it looks a bit old. Still, the room was cleaned nicely and had a nice smell, so it wasn't bad. I guess it was worth the price. Other reviews said the staff were friendly, but I hardly ever met them.

The room is well-equipped and spacious. I like it very much. It's a good and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. Awesome. Hahahaha
