The location is good, and the personnel was responsive to all our queries. The shuttle service made our stay on the island convenient as the hotel offers a free shuttle to na baan pier and tawaen beach. They offer a variety of food for breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The resort has a shuttle bus bringing guests back and forth from Na Ban Pier. The bathroom is a bit dirty but overall I had a very good experience staying here.

Location is in the island center, so although no sea view they have a complimentary shuttle service to two beaches, which is quite convenient. Overall nice hotel, well kept and clean, with Italian theme. Rooms are nice. Breakfast a bit weak in choice and a bit too many rules to be given customers to sign and read at check in.

The staff are hospitality that help us to call emergency when my friends got food poison and were not able to walk to emergency centre on the island.

The front desk service is very good. The surrounding scenery is beautiful. There is also a songthaew shuttle to the beach.

Everything is good. The room is as advertised, even more beautiful than the cover. Clean, the room smells good when you enter. Regarding the service, the staff at the lobby and the staff in the water zone are smiling and welcoming. No matter when you leave the room, they always smile. You can ask anything you don't understand. But I would like to deduct 1 point. In the morning when eating, some staff don't really answer questions but tell you to ask another staff. Very disappointed. I would like to fix it. When eating breakfast, the staff stands and stares at the food area. It's very awkward. I don't dare to refill. Next time, I will definitely go back again. Excellent.

It's OK, suitable for the price. The breakfast is delicious. I like it here. It's a normal room because I slept for one night. Motorcycles are not provided. I've stayed in other places where they give free motorcycles if you rent a room, but here I find the motorcycle myself. The cost of a motorcycle is 300 baht per day. I'm rich enough.

Beds and room were very comfy ! Very large room with great air conditioning (which is needed) Gorgeous garden and outside area for guests to eat breakfast and coffee. However the hotel was loud and noisy with it Been on a main road. I didn’t feel very safe at night- the windows could have easily been entered with poor security on the windows and at reception. (Free for all) Not a good choice of breakfast either for western people. And was full of Chinese tourists

We visit Koh Larn every year and tried several hotels. The Castello is just outstanding! A lovely green park waits for the customers.The rooms are very spacious and clean.The owner couple is always there to make sure our holidays had been perfect.Thank you so much for the perfect at the Castello Resort!

I only stayed for short time but the owner and his son really looked me after after I had an accident in the Jungle...the room and facilities were excellent.. Everything at the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Their shuttle to the pier for the ferry ride back to Pattaya was very convenient.
