No good because room no clean and no water hot from bathroom

The hotel checked us in on time and doesn't allow early check in. this is alright and we understand. The motorbike rental with the hotel is cheaper than what shops offer at the Pier. I was able to rent for 300 baht while the offer at the pier was from 400 to 500 baht.

The room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

Went to stay 2 times, good service, very good price, good service staff. If you go to Koh Larn, I recommend this place. Close to restaurants, convenient because if I go again I will stay here as usual.

The room is satisfactory, but we reserved it for three days and never came to clean it up. There was no change of sheets or towels. It's good that we prepared our own things. The atmosphere is good, close to the market, near 7-Eleven.

Location: less than 10 minutes walk from Nabaan Pier There was no lobby, just a room building, and when I arrived, there was no one there, so I looked around but couldn't find it, so I asked the lady at the hotel next door, and she told me the hotel boy's phone number, and after calling twice, I finally got there. They said it would take 5 minutes. They came in less than 5 minutes and I was able to check in. There were also bike rentals. I was told it would be 300 baht, but it sold out to 250 baht. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, shampoo and body soap. There are no hot showers and no hair dryers.

Near the pier, you can walk without getting tired.

The atmosphere is very good. But it's hard to find because there's no accommodation sign. You should make a sign with the name of the accommodation. The service staff is good, polite and fast.
