The location was a little far from JR station, but other than that I was generally satisfied.

The room seemed small, but the remote control was compactly stored on the wall, so it was not a problem for an overnight stay. It is surrounded by buildings so the view is not very good, but it is quiet. There were no parking spaces available so we had to park in a nearby paid parking lot, which cost quite a bit of money, but since it was Golden Week, I guess that can't be helped. You can take a drink made in a paper cup at the front desk back to your room. You can choose your own bath salts. Since we were mainly sightseeing in Kobe, we were grateful to be able to stay at a reasonable price during the busy season.

I suddenly found myself going to Kobe during Golden Week, and tried to make a reservation for a hotel, but there were no vacancies. I finally found one on Trip.com, and was able to use their first-time discount to stay at a low price. It was cleaner than I expected, and I was very satisfied. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with breakfast, which has a good reputation. I was able to get breakfast included later, but I would have preferred it if it had been included from the start.

Due to a train delay, I missed the last train and couldn't book any other hotels, but this hotel accepted my reservation, which was a relief. I arrived at the last minute, so I hadn't thought about the facilities at all, but the bath, bed, and amenities were excellent.

Overall satisfied. A must stay in this hotel except Royal when visiting Kobe.

We stayed here as a family of three. The breakfast was delicious, and my daughter was happy with the all-you-can-eat eggs, so she had the egg on rice several times. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The duck and bath salts service in the bath were interesting and made my family happy, so I was happy. It seemed to take a little time to drain the bathtub, so I think that could be improved. Overall, we were more than satisfied with the price, including the location near the station, so we will definitely stay here again when we go to Kobe. Thank you very much.
