At a very convenient location, many sight seeing spots near the hotel. I will stay again surely!

The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

Room was HUGE and so new! View was wonderful and location so good too. Minutes from shopping and eateries. Highly recommended for families and anyone needing huge space. Price was so much more affordable too, considering hotels in Osaka will probably be double or more for a room so big.

The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient, but it is unacceptable that there are large stains on the sheets and pillowcases. The good mood of travel has been affected, and there is also a strange smell in the room.

Stayed here exactly a year ago for work, and have chosen to stay here again this time round as my experience last year was a great one. Everything is the same as last year, which is a good thing i suppose. Good experience this time too. Highly recommend.

Just across the shopping street. Daimaru department store is 5 minutes walk. Check in at the 2/F with help from staff but you still need to go to the machine to get the room printed out and pay by the machine if you haven't paid. Breakfast room is crowded and can be full. Suggest to go before 7:45 am or check in the TV in your room to see the crowdedness - the status is Empty, Not Crowded, A bit crowded and Very Crowded from left to right.

A modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

Check in process was easy, room payment and key cards were processed via a check in and out machine in front of the counter. Amenities were provided by self service, a wide selection was available at the lobby including face wash, lotions, hair oil and even bath salts. Convenient location nearby shopping streets. Room was very clean, fitted three big bagages and very comfortable.
